Good Preorders
I preordered Helldivers 2 Super Citizen edition, received the CD key over 24 hours before release (34 hours before release, to be exact) and was able to preload on Steam.
in addition support is very fast.
Will probably return in future for more preorders!

Bad Christmas experience, not their fault
Update: Ubisoft DID indeed have their servers goofed, and they were unable to communicate this to me, but thanks to Joybuggy's very tech savvy team, my problem was diagnosed immediatly (although they could not help me) by the customer support, which is honestly one of the best customer support experiences I've had in years. Kudos, refreshing experience in the end, will buy again.
