Was hesitant about using this website, but it worked seamless. The only complaint I have about the site is trying to use the search bar at the top, for some reason I couldn't search No Man's Sky. I had to find it by going through searching the game developers company name. So far so good. Thanks.

At first i thought this website was a scam as i dint get my code. The payment had already went through and i still didn't get my game. I contacted customer support and they helped me all the way through it. They understood what had gone on and gave me a code.

ISSUE FIXED - provide your id if you want access to the key...
such disgussting behaviour from such websites where you buy the game and after they take the funds out of your bank they just block your access to the game and then you have to provide you identification just to access the game...
and now i have to contact support been waiting since the past 15 mins and most likely the whole day because of the time zones now till i can access the game easily 5 days will be wasted since today is a weekend...
Edit: after 30 mins of waiting the support eventually did unlock the games without me having to provide any details or an id its still annoying since i dont know why even lock the games in the first place if you are just going to unlock it after contacting support and make me wait 30 mins the support said that i bought 10 games and that was a unusual ammount and then unlocked the games..
Edit: i am not going to lie the second i saw i couldn't access the games i became angry and thought that i will have to provide my id which got leaked in the past from another website and i just stopped doing it but in the end i am reciving fast responses from the support and the games did indeed get unlocked after the support reached back to me, will buy again definitly appologies for just getting mad and assuming you are just like other websites.

So, respawn timer on our support was longer than we’d like. 30 minutes? That’s almost like waiting for a late teammate in a raid. Our bad! Usually, we're more of a "speed-run" support kind of crew.
About that ID thing? Nah, we don’t roll like that. Think of it as an in-game security check. When we see someone looting – I mean, buying – in bulk, especially new players, we like to do a quick party chat. But seeing you in the waiting room, we thought, "Hey, let's just unlock this level for them!"
Caught your message in-game (well, on Trustpilot), and I’m stoked you’re part of our guild now. If ever you need a co-op partner, or just wanna chat about Easter eggs and lore, slide into our DMs.

In terms of the Ubisoft part, it’s nothing we can do about, this is set as a rule by Ubisoft in order to be approved reseller. So we can’t really do anything about that 😔 On the plus side, you get the game instant into your account without using keys.

After purchasing my items were instantly accessible and all keys were valid, which is a huge step above other sites I've personally used. Overall pretty great and will most likely use again!

The error here where at the publisher that did keep a "ended" game active. Normal we get this type of information from the start, but this game where kept within their lineup when we did join in here starting May month.

Great prices and super responsive customer care
I'm very pleased with my order. I've preordered Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition on the 26th and received it today, saving about 13 euros that otherwise I would have spent on Steam, which is great. I've just activated it and everything is in order, preorder bonus included. JFYI mind that if you pay the order using PayPal, you'll get a 2 euros fee that you wouldn't pay using other methods of payment. All in all, very recommended.
