my nan sent a parcel back says delivered and these are saying not received when stated delivered there also saying tracking number etc is incorrect when not sent them prove n still get called a lier wouldn't even bother don't waste your money

Poor material and workmanship
Do not buy from this company. The material is cheap and stiff. The stitching is poor and the sizing is VERY unreliable. You cannot return the goods because "you will have to pay return postage" to China!!!! You will be offered a 15% price refund and be left with something you would not be seen dead in.

Don't Bother you'll be disappointed
Don't bother because
1. Out of 4 items, all medium, only 2 fit.
2. Can't return as the cost of returning them out weighs the refund.
3. Caught by trying to use code, which states AE20 Off all purchases didn't work on any order.
4. Took ages to come.
5. Badly made articles.
6. Can't return sales goods, even though the sizes are not as advertised. So 2 went to charity shop
Am absolute waste of money

Wish I could give 0 stars absolutely disgusting the way I've been treated returned some items had a email saying delivered but joymitty denied receiving anything excuse after excuse I'm 88 years old and I'm shocked at the way they have treated me would not recommend at all

Terrible Website - Do Not Use
I recently made 2 orders approx £45 each. The clothes arrived within a reasonable time. However, they were questionable quality and the sizing applied was completely wrong. I attempted to return for a full refund. NO refund was offered, only a dialogue of how to return the goods to CHINA !! at your expense - They advised this was expense, and offered a 15% refund ! to settle. I eventually negotiated a 40% refund !! but I have not received it as I write - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE !!

Not what it claims to be
Ordered a dress for my wife that looked really good on the photo. When it arrived it was nowhere near the quality of the item shown, all the detail was printed, not separate fabric panels and hung like a rancid lettuce leaf.
When you ask to return for a refund they expect you to pay to ship it back to China and will not refund their delivery charge.
Do not buy from this company.

I wanted to return an awful dress with did not look anything like what I ordered. I followed their return policy and have heard nothing back.
I have emailed again but still not heard anything so am resigned to having wasted £35 … I will never shop with them again .. poor quality and very poor service .

Item not as described and did not fit.
I ordered a dress which looked very different when it arrived and did not fit. I tried to contact them to be able to return it on 3 occasions before I got a response. I was offered a discount rather than return. As the item did not fit, a discount was a waste of time. So I returned it. The postage cost to return it was almost as much as the item cost. 2 months later I am still awaiting a refund.

The quality of the clothes are cheap and nasty, and aren’t anything like the pictures on their website. Too expensive to return the items and only offer a 15% refund. They tell you they are a small company and can’t give anymore than that.
By the look of the goods we received, it seems to me they were made in a sweat shop

Very poor quality. I won't be buying from them again.
I purchased two summer shirts at £44 for the two. Delivery was slow, that's because they are shipped from Hongkong. On delivery I was very disappointed with the quality of both the materials and workmanship. I would not buy from this company again.1

Great service, good quality…
I ordered 5 mens Hawaiian themed shirts, one was a retro 50’s design, I then read the reviews and was a little concerned. Exactly 7 days from purchase they arrived, and I have to say I am really pleased with them, they all fit and all match the description/s. They suit my aesthetic perfectly, and are great value for money. Really cannot fault them.
