I ordered a brown hooded top in L size…
I ordered a brown hooded top in L size which should be 43.3 inches.
I received item in few weeks, and found it to be too small.. I measured it and it measured 40 inches. Although it states sizing could differ, it’s not helpful.. it could be bigger or smaller.. tried to return it, as other customers stated I was told it would cost me to send it back. I was firstly offered 15% refund, then 35% which I accepted, so I’ve got a top I can’t wear, and lost £8 for delivery. Top was in sale, so not worth paying postage back! I received £2.45 refund! What a waste of time.. DONT BUY FROM CHINA, I omitted to see it was from China when I ordered it! 😡😡😡

I order some summer shorts a couple of day ago. Never reached them. Furthermore, the delivery company asked me to pay an extra charge. I asked the company for a refund, and they said I am not entitled to that.
Not a good experience on my behalf.

Was concerned when I read the reviews after ordering three T-shirts. The delivery took a little while, approx 4 weeks, but I have to say the quality is fine for the money paid. They were all packed nicely and look exactly like the photo.

Shoddy goods, difficult returns
Do not use this company. Shoddy clothing not true to size or picture, returns instructions illegible, request for assistance not yet answered (5days). I normally read reviews before ordering anything, but neglected this to my cost this time. Very unhappy about my experience with the company.

Company all wrong!!
I foolishly did not read the reviews before ordering. Simply do not order! Three/four item on my order were ok, although the fabric is cheap and quickly sewn. The other items were simply awful, printing of fabric poor, sizes awful - dreadful. I sought return, but as others have experienced, demand for photos, caution of return postage costs to China then the offer to keep the items with 15% refund. I requested 50% refund and received it quickly - the only positive as far as I am concerned. If this company could be investigated I fear worker exploitation and fraudulent intentions

This 1 star can't be removed was a mistake so no stars. I am extremely disappointed in the 2 tops I bought £40 one was nothing like the top I asked for regarding the material totally wrong!!. The other top was completely different to what I ordered nothing like !! Furious!! as they were for my party. They also came 2 weeks apart and after the party date 4 weeks after I ordered them. No offer of refund and would have to pay for returns. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THIS IS FRAUD!!!!

Do NOT use this company! Although it sounds a British firm, it is actually Chinese, which brings problems with sizes, deliveries, returns. I bought several items, NONE of which looked like the adverts and they were very cheap, horrible material. I sent them back with the cost of delivery over £25 and waited months. After numerous unsuccessful emails, I managed to track the parcel at Chinese customs I emailed again explaining this fact, but still no refund. After 7 months from ordering, my parcel was returned to me!! I couldn't believe it. I sent it all to a charity shop! What a waste of money!

Poor Quality and made virtually impossible to return the unsatisfactory goods
The two dresses I ordered were poor quality and totally unsuitable - one looked like a nightdress! It was made virtually impossible to send them back - I was told it would take a long time, I would have to pay the post to China and pay tax on the parcel. I was first of all offered a 15% refund and when I still complained I was offered a 25% refund. I would never buy from this company again.

Very poor customer Service team
I purchased 4 short sleeved bowling shirts 4 weeks ago. 3 Arrived about ten days later. the shirts were of the designs i chose but instead of being a cotton blend they were a nylon blend and very flimsy. but this isnt the first time i have come across this. several firms have sent shirts made of this material, instead of the material named on their site. also instead of being made of several pieces of material which is what normally happens when you have a vertical design. the material was just printed including any fancy stitching. Also they sent the second package 2 days later and when it failed to arrive they said that it was up to me to contact the carrier. As far as i know non delivery is up to the sender to question what has happened to it.
24/08/22 Well i have just received an automated reply saying contact their customer service team. I HAVE 4 TIMES and all i got from them was i must sign for the parcel otherwise if it is returned to them it will be destroyed and they do not give refunds.A rather strange way to do business !!

Don't be fooled by .co.uk they're not. They're in China.
Money wasted, can't be bothered to complain, I'll only get same message back as everyone else.
Everything cheaply made, nothing like the pictures. They probably copied them from another Web site.
Don't waste your money.
I wouldn't even insult the homeless by giving the dresses to them.

Everyone of these reviews show how bad this company is it should not be allowed to trade it is so bad!! I wanted a refund because the dress that arrived was nothing like the picture. They suggested I accept 15 percent and keep the garment as it would cost too much for me to return the dress to China. As it was only fit for the dustbin and I knew no one would ever want to wear it. There is no point in dealing with this company as I realised by then this was how they did business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - DON’T ORDER FROM JOYMITTY!!!!

This IS a genuine review!
This is a genuine review, and so at odds with the general opinion of others that I almost feel strange to say that I have just had a perfect experience with this company. In fact my heart sank when I saw the Trustpilot ratings after paying. My expectations were very low.
I bought a man's Hawaiian shirt, using the dimensions offered on the sizing chart. It arrived very quickly (yes, possibly from a British warehouse) with every dimension accurate to a centimetre, and is very well made: The matching of the (very large) pattern is immaculate, the stitching is good, buttonholes re-reinforced and the 'hang' right. In short, I was more than relieved, I was actually delighted.
However, I think I can see how different views have come about. I am guessing (only) that the 'JoyMitty' name is selling clothes from many small Chinese workshops whose standards vary greatly. My shirt was tagged with a 'Hawaiian Shirt' label and came in a zipped, printed plastic bag with tissue layered through it. A properly presented item.
So all I can say is that I think that you can buy one of these shirts with confidence, but sadly it looks pretty hit and miss for others...

For a year now i have been wanting to get my revenge on these fake, scam companies that emanate from CHINA. DON’T TOUCH THEM. BE WARNED. KEEP WELL CLEAR.DON’T BE TAKEN IN BY PHOTOS. The clothes are nothing like you see. If you put a match to them they would leave a lump of plastic.They offer refunds, exchanges...all lies. I think they have a warehouse in the UK but ask you to send the clothes back to China with a charge of £30. Good money after bad. It’s wicked that they are not stopped in their tracks, defrauding numerous people like myself. I would like Trustpilot to report them to the fraud squad and get them shut down.
