I had a brilliant experience with JPen Medical. They answered the phone quickly, and Jodie, the sales executive, was extremely helpful from the start. She reacted fast to my request, which had become urgent after being repeatedly let down by the bigger competitors. All the details and documentation were sent over promptly, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I’ll happily continue working with JPen Medical in the future.

excellent service from the visiting…
excellent service from the visiting engineer and the usual annual unprofessional service from the admin team who fail to send the calibration reports or send the wrong ones and then we have to chase.
the company will lose customers because of the 2 over confident booking staff who dont even bother to listen to customers and send a chasing email to book a visit when we have an engineer on site!!
