its very sad , that i had to give one star this year for jpen service . 5 years ago its spot on but in the last year it has been going down hill . i asked for a better and more professional engineer to carryout the pat testing and calibration , like abdul and what they did , they just sent the same unprofessional worker from last year just because he live in closer area to the practice , when i complain i received 1 sorry and some sill excuses of plan change in last min, after i was promised that abdul will attend , its very disappointing, and i will take a different approach next year if i ever have to choose Jpen again to do the calibration and pat testing for our practices . in my last 12 years in this job we used many different companies in the past , but i never had to go through the same bad experience 2 years in a row . how is possible for one engineer to finish a bigger surgery with more machines twice as much 1pm , when 2 engineers do much smellers job and it took them until closing time ? doctors and GP staff start complaining , why it takes them so long to do smaller job

It was the first time using JPen to service our medical equipment and they were excellent.

Super efficient service and lovely staff

I used to dread calibration day, but it is a breeze with JPen. Engineers arrive when they say they will and are very understanding about equipment returning to the correct room/clinician.

Alex Thompson worked very efficiently and accommodating.

James attended two busy GP sites and worked around the appointments to test all of our equipment.

Everything passed and the service was excellent.
