Great customer service. Had a problem with my handlebar bag which up to that point I had been very happy with. No quibble & extremely quick replacement equals happy customer.

Bought the out front Garmin mount with a bike light camera attachment. Great that both units now fit on one mount, looks nice and tidy, also very sturdy so far.

Probably as good a customer service experience as I’ve ever had - I had a slight issue with an otherwise excellent product, on contacting JRC they couldn’t have gone more out of their way to make sure my concerns were addressed and the problem fixed. Very highly recommended.

Recently bought a Garmin Mount, saddle bag and multi tool from JRC Components. The delivery was excellent, the products were superb quality, overall a premium product and service. Kudos to the team for getting back to me so quickly on a query I had before placing my order.

Have previously bought a Stem Out Front Mount from JRC to match a few other anodised parts on my bike. Recently just received a saddle bag to finish the build. The quality is excellent and the customer service is extremely helpful and quick to answer queries. Will be placing another order soon!

Not only is the delivery / customer service fantastic - the products are top quality and very practical.

Was exposed to the JRC brand through Instagram marketing (well done digital team:-). I was in the market for a saddle bag and decided to test their Hokan Saddle roll. I ordered and recieved with no remarks. The immediate impression of the product was positive, and I especially liked the use of the BOA closure mechanism. The product has worked great until I noticed a seam of one compartment had come lose with the risk of stuff falling out. I immediatly contacted the JRC customer service team who responded within a few hours asking for some pictures. I sent that and shortly after recieved a welcoming response that they would replace the product free of charge under their standard warranty. Well done JRC and kudos for delivering what I would characterize as delightful customer service. Definently recommend both product and service.

I spent quite a lot of time looking for computer mounts that could fit my Wahoo Bolt & also mount an accessory beneath - in my case a Lezyne light on a gopro mount. I settled on JRC and couldn't be happier!!

I've since bought a black, red and orange to suit each of my bikes, as well as a few other fun bits like matching pulleys, a purple top cap for my wife's bike, etc. All of it has been outstanding.

The latest order came via free DHL shipping (to Canada) and was exceptionally quick.
