Contacted JRC to report an issue with my Hokan tool roll and was amazed at the quick response, customer service & resolution would be an understatement. I don't normally write reviews but this one is well deserved and JRC have won a customer for life.

Excellent product, super customer service, perfect online shopping experience

Had ordered a Garmin voice mount first but it didn't fit, contacted Amy and she told me I could send it back to them. In the meantime paid the difference and bought a pair of ceramic pulley wheels. Handled perfectly and a quick feedback!

Great service, great price and an excellent product. I ordered two garmin mounts and in one case (one of my bikes) the bolts were too long. After contact with the helpdesk I was generously offered two shorter bolts, at no extra charge. Perfect! Many thanks!

Great service. The first delivery of the package didn't arrive because of DHL. The second package came for free after a very friendly mail of Josh.... Really great. I'm happy....

The Hikoki Co2 Folding Multi-Tool is next-level brilliant. Fits neatly into a small saddle bag on my road or gravel bike. Lightweight/strong and looks really cool. Superfast postage and delivery. 4 day delivery from literally the other side of the planet.

Excellent customer service & products

The out front computer mount is extremely high quality and looks nice and tidy on the bike. The design is great and I have had no issues since installing. The customer service and support from Josh is also excellent and I would highly recommend JRC for their products and service to anyone.

Products are of the highest quality - really impressed with the craftmanship and finish. Customer service was flawless too. Will visit their online store again for sure!

Purchased a Holkan saddle bag back in the summer, had a slight issue which Josh @ JRC sorted within 24hours! Honestly couldn't be happier with the quality of the bag but more importantly the customer service. Top notch.

I noticed a small crack in my JRC carbon bottle cage and couldn't find the receipt/invoice. This wasn't a problem for JRC components. After 4 days I received a new bottle cage, free of charge. Best service ever.

Perfect and fast service! Have been ordering a few things from JRC, at first just one or two items, then some more and now a whole lot of things to "bling" my new titanium bike! Shipment has always been very fast, most of the time next day delivery even though I'm living in a small town in Sweden! Only once I had to return items, my fault, no problems whatsoever with handling this process! And, btw, JRC are selling coffee, it was brought to my attention by including me a free sample in my shipment!

If you're looking for high quality lightweight bike parts to personalise your bike then look no further, I have ordered a few times from JRC each time delivery has been very fast and efficient. Customer service is second to none, part of my last order was the QR skewers when they arrived there was 2 front wheel skewers in the pack so I contacted Josh who got it sorted straight away and sent the rear skewer and a gift for the mishap.
I previously ordered a garmin computer mount and the go pro adaptor which is an excellent product, I have tried cheaper mounts in the past which have broken no such problems with the JRC mount even on the roughest roads after all action cameras aren't cheap.
While the products look good on the website they are really nice in the flesh.
I would highly recommend JRC Components.

I ordered the Wahoo compatible computer mount. It's an excellent product. It's smart, light and robust and was delivered to me here in France within a few days. Superb service. I have no hesitation in recommending.
