I've had problems with Global adventures & sky capital/cutting edges who have taken all my bitcoin from my jubiter wallet & left me with nothing.

I have checked your account and I can see that the reason why your verification was slow was due to picture quality. Considering we are a regulated business in a domain the values security and privacy, I hope you can understand your position when we ask you for the KYC documentation.
Requesting an utility bill and an ID is considered the norm in today's age, and I do apologize if it seems intrusive for you.

I have checked your account and I can see you've had several conversations with our team, on separate dates.
The time when we took longer to get back to you we were closing in 30 minutes, and the email which you've sent, despite being very quick, it got pushed to the end of the queue- as is the case with Customer Support emails. As such, we never got to your ticket before we closed.
In the other instances, the answers were not immediate from our side, but we got back to you within 1-2 hours.
While we agree that the first instance was slower than usual, it is mainly due to us not working around the clock.
Regarding your other point, I'm afraid that we have a strict set of rules for KYC verification, and we have to comply with the regulations, so this is the reason why we could not accept certain documents.
I will have one of my colleagues to discuss this matter more in depth with you.

Regarding the fees, we have attempted to be average with them, however our Bitcoin exchange rate is almost always better than our competitors', which means that with us, even after paying the fees, you end up with a better deal than most places.
For this reason, we believe that the ratio between the fees and the current Bitcoin rate is fair, but we will take your feedback into consideration regarding fees.

I have checked your account and I can see that indeed, some of your orders were processed slower than usual. However, this is mainly due to timezone differences.
The orders that are processed later than expected were placed outside of our Business hours, which naturally slow the process down. The ones placed in a good time frame were settled in no more than two hours.

our mistake not jupiters
You stuffed up my mony transfer with AVAtrade by putting the money in my account rather than shifting it between 2 avatrade accounts. Further investigation my end has allowed me to fix the problem and I'm happy to say that jupiter did the right thing anat myself and the forex company got it wrong

Speed was an issue. While the site wants t verify identity, the time zone made the verification process very daunting.
I used the site two or three times since and once I figured out the time zone issues, transactions have been smooth since.
