I've used Judge.Me for years and the support team is always extremely fast to respond and always happy to help. Thank you Fin for helping me today with a customer's review which had been allocated to the wrong product by mistake.

While judge.me is a bit expensive for a small startup, its worth the price due to the great service at both levels - the bot which is fairly good in resolving most issues and the human support who are quite helpful and genuinely want to solve the issue.

Since 2016, I have left several reviews - moistly 4 or 5 stars but my latest was only 1 star and I provided photos. Not one single review of mine has been published on the product's website ... what exactly is this company doing? It readily admits its businesses choose whether to publish reviews or not - so what is the point of it? It certainly isn't giving consumers a fair deal, is it? Now I know this, I will avoid companies that use judge.me as their review collector.

This app has been invaluable to me on my Shopify store website. It sends out an email as soon as a purchase is made, to give my customer the chance to review the product. And they continue to send emails out after the customer has had a chance to try the product. Absolutely love!

Excellent, the support is outstanding.

This platform claims to promote transparency, yet the reality doesn’t match the messaging.

Companies are given awards and “100% transparency” badges for publishing all verified reviews, while still being allowed to remove verified negative reviews without any impact on their score. That completely undermines the purpose of a review platform for consumers. If criticism can be curated while a company retains a perfect transparency rating, the badge becomes meaningless.

To make matters worse, the support chat appears to be AI-run and closes conversations without properly addressing reasonable questions. There’s no clear accountability or explanation when issues like removed verified reviews are raised.

The idea behind the platform is good, but the execution prioritises appearances over genuine trust. As a consumer, that’s disappointing.
