Our focus is quality, creativeness and functionality in the hydration space. JUGGY was created by Mackenzie who like most people, struggled to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She knew one of the most important things she could do was to make sure she was consuming enough water everyday. It was a simple enough goal and it didn't seem overwhelming. So she set out to find the perfect water bottle. Mackenzie wanted a bottle that fashionable, functional and durable and so JUGGY was born!

Need better preorder communication

I have loved my Morgan Walleb cup. But I ordered a new cup in August and it was a preorder cup. I wish there were maybe sine updates about when they will ship or something. Or maybe updates on the site that you can look into. I emailed twice about my purchase to finally be tild it would ship out in late October. Just some type of information when you purchase or before purchase on when the product will be available, and when it will ship.

Therapist Cup

I loved the way my cup turned out, I got the therpist one since im a therapist and it is very detailed. I also really liked that they were responsive when I had a question about when my cup would be arriving. I like that it is located here in Utah because I received it pretty quickly right after they told me when I would be getting it.

Juggy Tumbler

I pre-ordered the Girls Will be Girls Juggy tumbler and it arrived on the date promised and in perfect condition. The artwork on the tumbler was lovely.

Not impressed

I've ordered several times from Juggy and I really love their cups, but my first order was a mess. I ordered a tumbler for a friend and didn't realize it was a pre-order. This was back in July 2025. Needless to say I have NOT received the tumbler but yet they have received my payment for the tumbler. I reached out and was told it would be in mid-October. It is Nov 4th and still no tumbler. Do not pre-order anything from them only items in stock. I have not receive a we apologize, here is some of your money back for the inconvenience nothing. Very disappointing.

I only have one complaint

I only have one complaint. And it's not that big of one, I really wanted one of the "Resistance" tumblers and they discontinued it. I had really wanted one of those! Otherwise, I had a great experience with the company. I was given service above and beyond what I felt I deserved. The tumbler is wonderful. I can't wait for my next one to arrive. Everything is as advertised on the site, and its of excellent quality. I would use this company again for more tumblers.

I'm very dissapointed with my experience with your company...
I was not told at time of purchase that I'd be waiting months for my bottle so I ordered another one thinking it would ship right away.... but the same thing happened....
I will be returning both once I receive them...

Pre-order, 2mo wait time.

The Juggy I ordered was a pre-order item that I had to wait 2+ months for. This past week i FINALLY received shipping details although my 1st email, I was slightly confused, said "delivered". So I'm searching high and low around my mailbox, etc looking! Next email gave me a tracking # and wah wah, still in Utah. Don't know what is happening, but. I'm sure I'll be super excited and will love my new Juggy.. it's the curse word Mandala one, but I still have a week before it gets here. Wah Wah.

I haven't even received the shipping…

I haven't even received the shipping info much less the product, but I've already received 3 emails asking me to review it. The item I ordered was a pre ordered item so I understand the shipping delay but I can't review something I haven't tried.
