It’s going on 4 weeks now and they still haven’t paid me my money. They said they paid on the 27th of March but my bank says there is no record of them sending me anything. Don't waste your time or money. They tell you thing and switch it around. And will take your winnings without a second thought. They'll tell you to this and then do that but it's just an endless loop of lies. And if they decide to pay you, it'll be on their time. They do not follow their own rules or guidelines.

Well after loosing thousands at jumba bet.i finally got lucky and hit some.i put in for 3 different withdrawals,the first one says 12/25/25 completed.but I never received it.2500.the other 2 says flushed for over a week.i have ask and ask.i was told there in the pipeline.today I'm told there behind.maybe next week .really disappointed in jumba bet casino..I deposit regular 300,400,lots.and cannot get my winnings..they been saying for a week it's escalated. Banking and rules state after the withdrawal is flushed on a bitcoin it takes 3 days to get money and I still haven't received my withdrawal and it will take almost two weeks from what I was informed by some people on live chat many different excuses and basically lies. I processed my withdrawal on June 28th and even after almost seven days still no money showing in my bitcoin account that should have been sent by now. Sick of this casino now. I was having trouble finding my withdrawal, even though they said it went through. On of the Jumbabet Hosts was very patient and helped me locate the deposit (it was in the wrong account). I was very impressed with the prompt response to my questions.

Numbs bet is a scam I won 8000 dollars I waited 4 days and received nothing when I called them and asked about my money I was told that they were keeping it because they gave me a bonus I never knew I got. Do not play this game they will steal your money

TERRIBLE!!!! I withdrew my $700 after playing through multiple bonuses and after over a week saw it was reversed saying I was sharing my account. They even gave me some outrageous name of a person that I have never heard of. Why would I share my account, please just give my money!!!

Horrible. This casino allows you to deposit using so many different ways but the withdrawals are terrible. I deposited using credit card and it was fine. I also got a bonus and played through the requirements and tried to cash out the $100. You can withdraw through wire transfer however even though I submitted all my acct info and my banks Swift code for international wire transfer they stated that they my bank does not accept international wire transfers which it does. I called my bank and they walked me through how to receive the money internationally. I gave up then tried to withdraw the only other way which is Bitcoin and I could not do that either because they require that 50% of your deposits must have been made with Bitcoin. I will never play here again even though I really enjoyed the games. If you cannot withdraw your winnings why bother. They make it so difficult to withdraw.

Do not be deceived by JumbaBet's offers.

They appear to be a decent casino as they offer a wide variety of bonuses. However, much like most casinos, they require high play throughs for an extremely low payout.

For example, they gave me 75 free spins for a game. I won a mere $44.24, but was required to playthrough $2,654.40. In the end, I would only be able to receive $25.00.

But if you think you can withdraw just that $25, that isn't an option. They require you to have at least $100 at the minimum to withdraw. And like other casinos, they try to use the KYC as an excuse for delays in payout.

Horrible casino,..they sent a very high class Valentine's Day promo card...I reviewed it and even went to their live chat before I played the promised free spins or deposited money. ( I have copies of all chat texts) They said after I played through I can cash out any winnings. After I deposited 60.00 I found out my play through was $4000.00. The guy in the chat said also the 220% bonus for deposit will be added. I played through and have winnings of 691.97 sitting there. Go to redeem and it says I can only redeem 25.00 and the rest of my winnings will disappear.I go back to chat and asked and talked to the
same guy. Now story changes...He states I can only cash out 25.00 and lose the rest. I asked where the bonus funds were...he never answered. I told him this was bait and switch. I played through my 60.00 deposit and won this money, so cash me out. He said nope..only 25.00. I don't know where else to complain. He would give me a supervisors name. This is outright thievery of my money
EDIT: Went to the casino tonight to check my balance and guess what...no balance, no points , no coins. I guess they read my review and didn't care for it. I have all screenshots, proof of conversations, proof of deposit and now will go to the next level. Please do the honest thing, acknowledge my complaint, return my winnings ,let me cash out ..then close my account. If your casino is really on the up and up, your will honor in good faith.

Jumbabet has to be the worst casino ever and to still be existing is insane. They should be shut down immediately! They have scammed me for my $1,600 and only cash me out for $100. How does this even make any sense and their excuse was it was from a free bonus. But when I spend thousands of dollars to this scamming casino. They have no excuse to take my money away. First off I had to play through their wagerment of $3,600. Then to have the audacity that my max cash out was $100. After waiting for them to cash me out for over a week. Wow I have never in my life been treated this way from any online casinos and I can’t just let this go.
