ID checks are annoying thou
I love this shop, especially the recent renovations they made in the one close to me. Food is always fresh and there is rarely little to choose from. Shop assistants and cashiers are really friendly too, my only problem would have been them asking both people for an ID even when just one of them is buying alcohol. This doesn't happen if you are with a kid, because they assume you wouldn't give your child alcohol. However, why don't they assume the same with a young teenager or a younger spouse? That's really frustrating and must be the only negative I personally experience when shopping there.

Great shop!! i love that everything can be found there. When i moved to my new home i bought all kitchen things in total 200 euro. its making possible to change and refresh it after a while, coze if i was buying expensive i wouldn't be able to change it quickly

VERY BAD.
Very expensive but because of how creative the idea was I decided to try ordering some. I’m an old school fan of bodybuilding.
As much as I enjoy Dave Palumbo’s show I must say that these cookies are pretty much fart fuel and nothing more. Taste is very average and one of them was literally more salty than sweet. And the stink is real guys... these are homemade so they don’t have any chemicals to keep them nice and fresh, after a few days they stink really bad if not kept in a fridge. But who tf wants to eat frozen cookies? Wouldn’t recommend them.

Perfect service, good prices - BUT...
I feel I have to knock one star off my review for Jumbo because they are the only online company I deal with that forces me to turn off my VPN in order to visit their site. It's very inconvenient!

I'm very happy with Jumbo's delivery service. I've been using the service of their competitor for a number of years but, as a supermarket, Jumbo is considerably cheaper. My first attempt at ordering from them did not go well due to a computer glitch, but when I got a discount code from them for my birthday I decided to give them another chance. Not only does Jumbo offer the same services as the competitor, like sending a text message in advance when they're on their way (important for me because I have to meet them downstairs to show them the way to the lift), they took it a step further. The very friendly delivery guy asked if I had any crates, even from the competitor, which he deducted from my bill AND he asked if I had any empty plastic bottles and deducted the deposits on those too. All in all, super service. I highly recommend them.
