Most amazing customer service

UPS continually lost our package for replacement parts but customer service was so amazing that I wasn’t even upset. They were quick to investigate and try to figure out resolutions with me. I’m so glad we picked this company over others for our trampoline purchase. Definitely highly recommend them.

Great Customer Support

The zipper broke on our trampoline so we reached out to Jumpflex to get a new net. Customer support was very understanding and they were able to ship us a new net over the following week.

It was a great experience and would definitely recommend a Jumpflex trampoline for the great customer service alone.

A lot of fun for the whole family

Great product that is quality! My kids love jumping on the trampoline! I had a small issue with a sleeve that stitching was coming off and they sent a replacement ASAP. They stand behind their product! The net goes all the way to the front of the springs so kids can’t fall on the springs. We jump on it every day! The Exercise is fantastic for me as well!

Great all around

Easy to order. Shipped fast. Great trampoline. Zero complaints. And when we had a unique problem that was of our own doing, customer service was awesome. We learned about Jumpflex from friends, and we're really glad we went with them.

awesome customer service

I sent jumpflex an email about an issue with our flex sleeves and within 5 days a replacement was sent free of charge. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a trampoline.

Great customer service

We had a hole in our mat and the netting had torn. Luckily we have a warranty on it! Customer service was great and we got a new one sent within a couple days!

I recieved my new net.

I received my new net and am very pleased with the service rendered by your staff.
I suggest upgrading your zipper to a #20 size zipper and a taller opening so when taller people enter and exit through the opening, the top of the zipper is not subject to so much stress causing the failure I had.
I did this to my original net and it works well.

The gold standard for quality/service.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase and the product support received. Purchased shortly after moving to new neighborhood. Our backyard instantly became the hangout for our kids and their friends because of this trampoline. The quality of these trampolines fill me with confidence that our kids and their friends can play safely.

Ordered replacement parts

Ordered replacement parts. Said 7-10 days to receive, and it’s been a month now. still have not received anything. No communication at all from jumpflex. Good products, kids love it. But at least have the courtesy to contact me of any delays in shipment.

Quality of the product is fantastic

Quality of the product is fantastic. There are a couple parts of the instructions that could have been better though. Like telling you how to orient the pad graphics during the install step, instead of recommending the orientation with respect to the entrance on the next step after you’ve already installed the pad wrong.
And boy the netting is hard to install without a team.
Once it’s all done though - it’s really amazingly sturdy. So all’s well that ends well!

Strange

I have no idea. I didn’t get a response yet to fix the problem. They sent me this even before they could answer which I haven’t heard back yet. It’s strange.
