Total spam and fraudulent website.Making from users twice the amount that they are offering?
My account got restricted out of the blue,even dont bother to tell the reasons, I still have my jumptask tokens to withdraw!Even have my crypto exchange web3 wallet linked to it. Unreliable waste of time, my advice is not to waste your time with such websites.
"Jumptask" replied via Trustpilot and now my account is working normally!I will change my review and rating after sometime.Hope this will not happen in the future!Thanks to trustpilot team.

it's a real trash app I have been using it for couple months and they banned me twice without any reason and I have contacted the support center to open my account again and they did open my account but after a week they banned me again I have contacted the support again but they didn't open it they told me that I have been restricted but they didn't mention the reason I don't know why I got banned for this day and they don't answer me anymore and also it's wasting of time

Repeated false restrictions and a support team that just disappears.

I've been a JumpTask user for a while now and I'm genuinely at my wit's end. My account was restricted on April 21 and this is the third time this has happened. The first two times it was confirmed to be a system-side error affecting multiple users, so seeing it happen again was immediately alarming.

I contacted Laura on Discord straight away. I was told to wait a couple of hours, then asked for my account ID, then told it was being checked. After days of follow-ups and almost no progress I was told to contact Adas and raise a support ticket.

Support then sent me an email claiming a possible Terms of Service breach, despite this exact issue having occurred before due to their own system errors. I provided all the information they requested to dispute it. After that, nothing.

It's now been more than a week. What's been most frustrating:
-My account has been wrongfully restricted three times now, each time seemingly caused by flaws in their own security system

-Users get flagged with vague "possible ToS breach" claims and no clear evidence.

-Communication is terrible, with long stretches of no response.

-I've been bounced between Discord mods and ticket support with nobody actually owning the issue.

-The whole support process feels completely disorganized

I've been patient, cooperative, and provided everything asked of me. Laura said she was personally looking into it, Adas asked for dispute details, and then support went silent.

If your system keeps falsely flagging legitimate users multiple times, that's a serious flaw, not a one-off mistake. And handling it this poorly on top of that just kills any trust people have in the platform.

JumpTask needs to fix both the security flagging and the support process. This isn't acceptable.

Restricted My Account Without Any Reason

I spend a lot of time on jumptask, so hardly i earned approximately 2 jmpt, mostly earn from watch and earn and search and earn. I install and play many games but after reaching required level the reward didn't credit into my account, I complained many times but no reply from support.

So 2 days ago they restricted my account without any warning and notification and eat my hardly earned 2 jmpt, I contact to the support but still i can't received any response from support.

Absolute robbery.

I’ve been using Honeygain for quite a long time and had no major issues initially. After reaching the $20 threshold, I successfully withdrew my earnings in JMPT directly to my crypto wallet. Recently, I created a JumpTask account to take advantage of instant payouts from Honeygain. At first, everything worked smoothly—my earnings were transferred instantly to JumpTask without any problems.

However, the situation changed when I requested my first payout from JumpTask. The request was marked as “under review” for about three days. Then, without any prior warning, I was suddenly logged out of my account. When I tried to log back in using my crypto wallet, I received a message saying: “Your account may be restricted due to terms of service violation.”

What’s frustrating is that I have not knowingly violated any terms. I only used the platform to receive my Honeygain earnings and occasionally claimed the daily reward—nothing more.

I contacted JumpTask support, and they responded by saying my account was disabled due to “possible breaches of our terms of service.” They asked for additional details such as the number of accounts I use, whether I use a VPN, my location, and how old my account is. I provided all the requested information promptly, explaining that I use only one account, have never used a VPN, and that my account was about 7 days old at the time.

It has now been five days since my last response, and I have not received any follow-up or resolution. At this point, it feels like my funds have been taken without justification—they essentially robbed money that I earned on another platform. Very disappointing experience.

It may be the best way to earn money… But...

It may be the best way to earn money through watching videos, or doing simple things. But I have a problem, even if I actually did it correctly and without breaking any ToS, I got banned, and maybe because of the 3 tasks that I started, it DIDN'T accept my verification/response.

My account was permanently suspended without any specific reason provided. I have only one account, never used VPN or bots, and my referrals are real people using their own devices. Rewards for completed tasks are not always instant — depending on the task type, it can take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours for credits to appear in your account. We'd recommend checking your Rewards section after that window to see if the credits have been applied.

It's also worth noting that tasks such as video watching and web searches are credited when all completion requirements are fully met. If a task isn't rewarded, it's usually because one of the conditions wasn't fulfilled during the session.

JumpTask are one of the most fraudulent sites I've worked with. They just restrict my account for no reason. I've never used vpn on my phone, I don't even have any, yet all of a sudden they restricted my account without any reason. I messaged them through support, they refused to do anything about it.
