I’ve been trying for over three weeks to donate a lot of furniture, clothes and homewares etc. to charities and .org’s with no avail.
So I called Junk Bunk this morning. The lady who took my call was very helpful and understood completely what I wanted to have removed.
Believe it or not they were at my door just over an hour and a half later. The two people who came were helpful, very efficient and were gone within ten minutes.

If you’re ever in a similar position as I was or you’d just like your unwanted things removed, I would highly recommend this company.

Everything was fine, with a quote based on the real weight and pictures of the items.

I then decided it was too much and removed 2 items weighing about 70kg.

They informed they would knock out almost £100 because of that.

However, on the day, I received a phone call informing me they couldn’t do the job for an amount even above the initial quote. I couldn’t believe it, as I am a disabled person and I had arranged deliveries based on the agreement of the quote and collection day.

I had to pay over £100 of the original quote, despite not including 2 items of 70kg, because Junk Bunk claimed, with their pictures only, the items were heavier than I had informed them, despite not weighing any item and my pictures and weights were confirmed with the manufacturer.

Terrible way of extorting vulnerable people, with clear bogus claims, and despite showing them proof of everything, they overcharged me by over £100. A total rip off I wouldn’t allow to happen if I was fully able and dependent on others to rearrange my deliveries.

They left me skint for the next 2 weeks. Unscrupulous company

Fast and professional. Could provide an hour slot for the job so I did not have to wait there all day and completed the job quickly. Professional and polite.

Great service they did exactly what was asked and were swift and efficient

Called for a quote at 12:00 and initially they could only collect my items the following day, but they called me back with a cancellation so they were there in an hour.

Two guys with a van, collected the items and left.

I understand that some reviews say they asked for more money on collection, but this didn't happen for me. I'd say be as detailed as possible with the description of goods, maybe even send pictures to be sure.

Very happy with the service, got rid of some furniture items I no longer needed!

From start to finish, it was smooth, easy & straightforward.

There was quite a bit to remove from my parents’ flat before completely redecorating & renovating. The items that couldn’t be removed due to their large size, the two gentleman removers went the extra mile to cut the furniture into pieces... All the furniture was removed as we needed & wanted & everything went so well.

They were fast, professional & even cleaned the saw dust & mess, afterwards. Very efficient workers & we’re very grateful.

We needed the max service & it cost £790 for 2 hours of their time & effort.

They did a great job of clearing the debris when my kitchen cupboards collapsed. Friendly and professional. I’d recommend them.

Originally gave a competitive quote which is why we chose them. Quoted 30% more when they arrived and didn’t finish the job.

This is a scam, they are bully’s and we have reported to trading standards who suggested we also report to the police for their terrible practices.

Extremely disappointed.

Gave photos of rubbish to receive quote.

When team came to site. Instantly wanted 40% more for what had already been seen.

Didn’t even take all rubbish.

Junkbunk collected 2 x 2 seater sofas within 24 hours of my initial request. The staff were very courteous and removed them from my living room without any fuss and very quickly. Good price too. Highly recommend the service
