Good service

Collected all my rubbish. Only gripe is I had to take time to keep feeding them the rubbish as they had muddy shoes so couldn't enter my home. Next time they should bring shoe covers.

I sent a video where clearly you can see 3 sofas and other rubbish, I also mentioned 3 sofas. They sent me a quote of £90 and a £40 deposit which I paid that day. I put out all the rubbish by myself late at night from my garden to the front door so it is easier for them to collect it. They then come three days later to stay for less than a minute and tell me that they can’t collect the waste because apparently they only quoted for ‘1’ sofa which cannot be true as i sent a video and two photos. After I messaged them about my disappointment, I asked them to give me back my deposit as the workers who came to ‘collect’ the rubbish said I could get it back, they then straight up said no you cannot get your deposit and quoted me £230 as if I was in fault. Anyway they did not help me in anyway and I cannot get my deposit back, DO NOT RECOMMENDED!

You requested a quote online for the removal of various items including carpet, chair pieces, sofa pieces, and supplied a picture of laminated flooring. When we contacted you to ask for additional pictures of all the waste, the 7-second video you sent did not show three sofas, which contradicts your statement in the review.

Additionally, the quote we sent you, which is still visible on WhatsApp, specified the removal of 1 sofa, 250kg in weight for the flooring, and included 30 minutes of labour, which you accepted and paid the deposit for. When we questioned why you did not mention three sofas when we quoted you a few days prior, you chose not to respond. had you mentioned it in your email or by WhatsApp we could of given you a quote for the exact items you had.

Furthermore, we want to clarify that it was not a worker who arrived to perform the removal, but myself. and dispute your claim for the duration of our visit. We stayed for a good 15 minutes assessing the waste and taking to yourself. You mentioned you have found it difficult to get someone to remove the waste and we can now see why.

We understand that you may be frustrated with your experience, but your review does not accurately reflect the details of the service we provided. If you had not blocked us on WhatsApp, you would have seen that we decided to refund 50% of the deposit as a gesture of goodwill. However, we had to charge the remaining £20 deposit for the wasted journey fee.

We appreciate your feedback and regret that we were unable to meet your expectations. We hope that this clarification will address any misunderstandings and we remain committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Collected item but very late

Turned up an hour and fifteen minutes late, given a window of 8am-5pm but turned up at 6.15pm.
Asked for at ETA at about 2pm, was told to expect collection towards 5pm. At 5pm, told it would be another 45-60 minutes. Eventually arrived at 6.15pm.
No discount for lateness.

During the recent 4 day bank holiday weekend, we worked exceptionally hard and extended our collection hours from 7am to 8pm in order to accommodate all of our customers' needs. While we did experience some unforeseen delays due to traffic and other factors, we kept you informed of any potential setbacks and did everything possible to ensure that your collection was completed on the day promised.

We also offer a kerb side collection option in case you need to be somewhere else. As one of our satisfied customers, Katie, who we collected from before you and has left us a 5-star review, has already experienced. We are always happy to accommodate your needs and provide the best possible service.

We understand that we arrived slightly later than expected, but we are pleased to hear that we were able to collect your items within the same day. Had we needed to reschedule your collection and missed the promised day we would have been happy to consider offering a small discount as a gesture of goodwill.

Quote wasnt accurate

Quote wasnt accurate. Told half a load (pictures provided), removed around a 1/3 of the garden waste before they said they were done.

Would have done better getting a skip and doing it myself. Won’t be using again.

Our records indicate that you were initially quoted for the removal of 1/2 of green waste from your property. However, upon our arrival, it became apparent that the volume of waste exceeded your initial expectations and constituted a full load, which we were unable to accommodate on the same day.

We would also like to note that the picture you provided us with was no longer representative of the current state of the waste, as it had been relocated from the garden to your drive.

We were happy to rearrange the removal of the full load at a later time, however, as per your request. We agreed to the original quote for the removal of the 1/2 load and provided pictures of the loaded van 45 minutes later to confirm that the agreed-upon amount had been removed.

Regarding the price, it is our policy to maintain the quoted price for the agreed-upon amount of waste removal. We understand that you attempted to renegotiate the price after the fact, but we declined to do so in accordance with our pricing policy.

Lastly, we would like to reiterate that our commitment to customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we stand by our service standards. We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience that may have occurred during your experience with us.
