Another holiday organised perfectly by Michelle & Jo. They just get everything absolutely spot on.
We had a couple of minor issues (transfer time, late checkout) that were sorted immediately without me having to take any time out of my holiday.

If you want a stress free holiday then Jo is the women to book with. From start to finish it’s so stress free it feels like a dream! Jo is super quick and attentive to your messages and answers any questions you have. Jo makes booking a holiday enjoyable and I would never ever book a holiday not through her. We even have Disneyland Paris booked for October as a last minute get away and Jo gave us some incredible tips to make the trip even more fun.

I cannot thank Michelle and Jo at Jupita Travel enough for making planning our holiday so easy and, most importantly, so much less stressful!

I have several health conditions that can affect where I’m able to travel, so although booking a holiday should be exciting and enjoyable, I often find the whole process quite difficult and anxiety inducing. But not this time!

I contacted Michelle and Jo with a list of things I was looking for, taking into account how far I’m able to travel due to my health needs, as well as wanting a sea view, a short airport transfer and several other requests. I honestly thought it might be a tall order!

Within just a couple of hours, they had sent me a whole list of options, complete with links so I could look at their suggestions for myself. Every single option had clearly been chosen with my needs in mind, giving us a fantastic variety to choose from.

I had a few questions along the way and, again, within minutes of sending a message, I had a response. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Once we had decided on our destination, the whole booking and payment process was so simple and straightforward. A few days after booking, we received a lovely thank you card, and then, a few days before we travelled, we received a beautiful holiday gift. ❤️

Those extra touches really meant so much. They made us feel valued as customers rather than simply being forgotten about once the payment had been made.

We also had access to Michelle and Jo via WhatsApp right up until we travelled and while we were away, which gave us that extra reassurance and support.

This experience has shown me why I will always use an agent moving forward and, more importantly, why I will continue to use Michelle and Jo. The service they provided was exceptional from start to finish.

Thank you both so much for making booking our holiday so easy, taking the stress out of the process and for all your continued support throughout. We absolutely loved the personal touches and the care you put into everything.

I haven’t been abroad for a long while, and I found trawling the internet incredibly stressful. I was looking to take my son and his friend, so I was after something teen friendly. I told Lucy my budget, and she did all of the hard work. Lucy kept in contact and sent me various options to look at, giving such good advice about everything from the different airports, flight times, airlines and of course, each of the resorts. Lucy has vast knowledge on all aspects of travel, and you can really see her passion for travel, ensuring that she gives her customers the same care and attention she would as if she were booking her own holiday. Lucy set up an account for me to pay into so that I can pay what I want when I want, as that was one of my biggest bug bears with the typical online holiday websites where I was unable to choose my own payment schedule. I am so grateful for all of Lucy’s help and I will be recommending her to everybody!

We have just returned from a wonderful 10-day holiday in Majorca and wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent service we received from Jo.

From the very beginning, Jo was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that the holiday she arranged was perfectly suited to our needs, including finding flight times that worked well for us. We could not fault the care and attention she gave us throughout the entire process.

Jo even contacted the hotel before our arrival to make sure everything was in order, and she was incredibly helpful in offering advice when one of our passports was damaged just a few days before we were due to travel.

Her professionalism, support and attention to detail made the whole experience much less stressful, and we are very grateful for everything she did to help make our holiday so enjoyable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely incredible service from Michelle and Jo at Jupita Travel!

We had already booked our family trip to Thailand for December, covering Christmas and New Year, and honestly thought everything was sorted… until we decided we needed to add two more people to the trip! 😂

What sounded like it should be a simple change turned into quite a complicated booking because we had to work around different flights, arrival times, hotels and our existing itinerary. Michelle and Jo honestly went above and beyond to make it all work.

They had to organise additional flights so they could join us when they landed, work out all the different hotel arrangements, add everything onto our pre-existing booking and even find us a completely new hotel option. There were so many different details to consider, and I genuinely don’t know how we would have managed it all ourselves without getting completely stressed out!

Michelle and Jo have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Their attention to detail has been incredible, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They took something that could have been a complete headache and handled it all flawlessly.

This is exactly why booking through a travel agent is SO worth it. Having someone who knows what they’re doing, can deal with all the complicated bits and make sure everything fits together properly takes so much stress away, especially when you’re trying to coordinate a big family trip over Christmas and New Year!

I honestly can’t thank Michelle and Jo enough for everything they’ve done for us. They’ve been patient, helpful, organised and just genuinely brilliant from start to finish. We are now even more excited for our Thailand trip knowing everything has been sorted properly and all the complicated arrangements have been taken care of, with the best prices!

Michelle chose an excellent hotel for our recent visit to Valencia and got a great deal. The Soho Boutique Turia was in the perfect position near the old town with really good breakfast choices and a well appointed room with a lovely comfy bed!

Just back from a fabulous family holiday recommend and booked by Michelle and Jo. They were so knowledgeable and patient with me whilst I chose a holiday. No question was silly. Just back from a great family holiday booked by Michelle & Jo. Due to us booking late in the 6 weeks holiday, we were limited with hotels and flights as so much was booked up, but Michelle put time to our needs and sourced a great hotel that suited us as a family and had entertainment, activities and spa for our teenage Daughters. We requested a ground floor poolside room which Michelle arranged for us and also rescheduled my eldest Daughter’s flight as she needed to fly back a day early due to an event. We also had private transfers arranged to and from the airport, booked prior via Michelle so no waiting for coaches or in taxi queues! I would highly recommend Michelle & Jo (2 expert agents for the price of 1!) and definitely use them both again - Thank you for arranging our holiday!

I have just returned from a cruise of the Norwegian Fjords organised by Michelle and Jo at Jupita and it exceeded any and every expectation that I could have had.

Having never been on a cruise before I was maybe slightly apprehensive about what to expect, but Michelle quickly dispelled any feelings I had by providing ample knowledge prior to and throughout the trip, about boarding, docking, onboard activities, local excursions and more; her destination-specific knowledge is incredibly impressive and afforded a tailor-made, unforgettable family trip.

The cruise itself was incredible - friendly, attentive staff, delicious food and drink options, plenty of fun onboard activities, impressive shows and high standards of cleanliness and interior design. It surpassed any expectation I had of cruise ships.

Norway itself was indescribable. The views were breathtaking and the people were friendly and interesting. At each port of call, Michelle had organised activities and/or provided extensive information about what was on offer in the area to allow us to best utilise our time in every place.

For our first stop in Haugesund, Michelle organised a hike up to the Mini Trolltunga (‘Troll’s tongue’), which afforded incredible views and picturesque photo opportunities on the overhanging rocks. She booked us a tour with a guy named Johannes, who coordinated transfers, led us to the top and back safely, and answered any questions we had about the area. The tour also included a packed lunch using local cheeses.

We next visited Ålesund, where we completed a walk to another viewpoint recommended by Michelle that offered panoramic views of the fjords. After this, she had also organised a coastal rib safari skippered by Kasper. Wet/warm suits were provided and we visited many islands around the fjords seeing Norway’s longest standing wooden lighthouse, a colony of harbour seals, and even a small island in the middle of the sea somehow inhabited by sheep! The excursion was packed with fun and adrenaline and was definitely a highlight of the trip for me.

Our third stop was in Flåm, which was by far my favourite stop of the whole cruise. Based on Michelle’s research and recommendations for the area we were able to pack a lot in to our stop here. We had a private booking for our family in a floating sauna, complete with a diving platform on top, a trap door inside the sauna, an outdoor shower, and a powerful steam using essential oils. It was an incredible find, and attracted lots of interested people who didn’t have the prior knowledge to book such a cool activity. We also took the train to the top and back, seeing waterfalls and seeing a Hundra, which is part of the Norwegian Folklore culture. The train in Flåm is considered one of the most picturesque train journeys in the world and it definitely lived up to its reputation. We also squeezed in a visit to the Fjord Farm, where there were animals and a swing that overlooked the fjords. The farm used all local produce and even had a garden where you could pick berries and other fruits from the trees to taste.

Our final, and shortest, stop was in Bergen, where our family split up to complete different activities. Michelle provided lots of options to enable us to make the most of our half-day stop, and that we did! We visited the Troll Museum to learn lots about the folklore culture that underpins Norway, before frequenting the local shops and famous fish market, where we found fresh, high-quality produce. We also had the opportunity to take the Fløibanen Funicular up to take in more stunning views, and get up close with some of the mountain goats. There was also a restaurant, cafe, playground and country park at the top.

From start to finish the trip was fabulous, and has provided family memories that I will remember forever. I have booked a few trips with Michelle and Jo, and this was a reminder of why it is so worthwhile. Their knowledge, expertise and care elevate the trip immensely, making the holiday easy and tailor-made, full of adventure, fun and memories. I cannot thank them enough for such a memorable cruise, and I’m already thinking about the next one!
