I am a new customer to Jurassic Bark and I think the company seems to be a really good one. It’s not their fault that I appear to have wasted a lot of money on my recent purchases. I bought costly food for my foster and owned cats but it hasn’t gone down well at all. The fact that it’s good quality is irrelevant to them! 🤣 I remain impressed by the service itself from this company. Thank you.

I put my Boi's Carnilove Bisquits order in and paid. I received an email later on that day telling me that they were out of stock. As I had very limited biscuits left, I decided to get something else. I got my Boi the last bag of the Carnilove Fresh Beef Bisquits. I opened up the bag, with some help! Put a small handful in his bowl to taste. They went down quicker than water off a ducks back! It is his first time of trying these, that is why I kept to the same make. He has has no gut problems and the zoomies are back with a vengeance. But he forgets that he's gorna be 11 years old on the 15th of this month. Thanks Josh 😁.

Website claims to dispatch same day on orders placed before 2pm, for next day delivery. Ordered an ‘in stock’ item at 9am. They failed to dispatch that day. Chased next day after no dispatch confirmation and was told item was out of stock but was coming in that morning, which I don’t believe.

Jurassic Bark are fantastic. I switched to them after another supplier kept taking weeks to post and delivered dog kibble bags with rips in. Jurassic Bark always post promptly and their stock is in good condition.

I only order one bag of Dog Food at a time as unfortunately it is near enough impossible for me to track how long it takes my dog to eat through it... I know it would save me money to subscribe but it just isn't easy with the 15kg bag that I get, every time is different and I even know roughly what my dog has per meal twice a day.

Brilliant customer service. I ordered the wrong food with an ingredients that would made my dog sick and it was cancelled, money reimbursed and a more suitable product ordered. It came very quickly and my dog seems to enjoy it, very good quality, rich and oily. Perfect choice for his dietary needs and very easy to order without having to lift heavyweight. Would highly recommend
