Ordered replacement vertical slats online. Had confirmation of my order straight away. I understood from the info that they usually take 7 -10 days from order date, but I wasn't In a rush for them so that was fine. After a few days I was notified of my order status to in production. Then within the 10 working day delivery time. I was notified they had been dispatched to their courier. I recieved my slats the very next day. The blinds look great , & were easy to hang on my existing rail. Love the colour & very well made too. Would definitely recommend 😊

What has gone wrong with this company!
I have used them before approx 2 years ago when they fitted every window at the front of my property. I was completely satisfied with the service from the initial meet with Dean to the fitting again with Dean. I have recommended them to a family member and again with no problems from start to finish. I have since found out that Dean no longer works for this company surely this can't be the reason for a company to take such a nose dive. It was time to replace blinds for a different colour. Contacted this company again to choose more blinds . After the initial appointment I was promised a quote and samples.. After not hearing anything for at least three weeks I got back in touch. Spoke to Rebecca and was promised they would forward the information. I did receive a quote but not for everything which I again followed up with no result. To date I have never received my samples. Very disappointed. Clearly this company does not need the business. Sadly a complete waste of time.

No body told me they were drill into my window frames wasn’t noticed until I tried to take the blinds down

I found it easy and quick from enquiry to quote to fitting.
I was misinformed by the measure up guys about the amount of deposit that was required. This was quickly resolved over email and phone.
Alan and Shane came today to do the fitting. They were very friendly and got straight to work, they managed to do 9 windows in 2 hours without any problems. However I did have to clean up the wall dust off the windowsills and floor after they left, get rid of all the cardboard (which had now filled my blue bin) and clear up bits of screws and offcuts left about.(Little things you expect to be part of the job)
All in all I am happy with all the blinds, they all work as they should and the fits are perfect, they make a huge difference to each room

Had a problem with blinds fitted a while ago by this company. Very slow response and in the end they didn’t have the right equipment to fix it. Not recommended.

We ordered our blinds from the Cannock store and have nothing but praise for the team from start to finish. Our blinds have been fitted today by Joe. What a great job. A lovely touch with a bottle of fizz as a thank you.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS CONNING COMPANY - WARNING TO NEW BUYER'S -
They don't send you the right size blinds and I was inches short on drop size.
They tried to put the blame on me for not putting in the right drop sizes, when it's not rocket science.
48inch drop I put in, measured twice like you do, then they arrived unexpected without any notification of being sent out to receive 35.5inch drop.
They con you and try to put the blame on you.
I asked for a replacement or a refund, they said spend another £50 and they can fix the issue, that's not the case of me spending more money.
I tried to claim back from PayPal, it said on the refund part £1.88, instead of the original price of £79... So alarm bells was ringing.

From start to finish we were kept up to date with the progress of our order.
We were delighted with the slats when they arrived.
Would thoroughly reccomend Just Blinds.

Wonderful company with amazing and friendly customer service. I ordered replacement slats for my vertical blinds and they are beautiful, so well made, I would recommend just blinds for their product, customer service and reasonable price ranges. The slats were well packaged and protected too.

Lied about the blinds not being available as non pvc, this is simply a blatant attempt to avoid time
No mention of non white rail. No mention about coloured chain, and no chain, there are 3 different kinds of vertical blinds on their website it# all deeply explain. On the selling pitch it’s all about signing in the box so they get £85 on the dot no cancellations allowed it’s in th4 box you sign please folks sleep on it n then part with yr Money I lost £85 I hop3 to save others theirs xx

Booked an appointment for Friday 7th February 9:30-10:30 a week in advance for a bathroom blind fitting.No one bothered to turn up.It took several goes of ringing the preston number to even get a reply and get the appointment.Amazing how many companies clearly don't need the business
