After buying JustWears as a Christmas present last year my son (a professional footballer) won’t wear any other boxers.
They are well made in a great comfortable, lightweight, flexible fabric, ideal for day to day wear and any sport
The customer service is excellent, I miss ordered a product, Joey happily sorted out my problem by return post.

Excellent customer service. Through no fault of their own my parcel was delivered to the wrong address and I never received it. It was very close to Christmas but they quickly looked into it and sent a new parcel via a different courier which arrived promptly. Wonderful service!

I had an incorrect pair of pants delivered in a pack of three. Within less than 24 hours Joey and the team resolved the issue with a replacement pair . Great pants great customer service 👍

Brought boxers for a hike they last approx 3 weeks before they started tearing. Requested a refund sent the pair back after being told to then emails were ignored. Terrible customer services, never ever will be using this company again and do not recommend at all! Felt like I've been scammed.

Really impressed with the customer service team! I bought a box set of 3 boxers and 3 pairs of socks and impressed with the feel of and the fit of both but really loved how the socks felt and help with keeping my feet cool and feel good quality. Unfortunately one of the socks developed a hole in the toe after just 2 wears, which I was obviously not happy with. I was disappointed as they felt like they was high quality and surprised this had happened, so contacted the customer service team quite disgruntled. They was impressively quick in responding to my complaint and through in taking all the details so they could look into the issue and investigate further and at no point was they argumentive just very understanding and very apologetic and keen to resolve the issue, the other 2 pairs I've had no problems with at all. Without any hassle they advised they would send me a replacement pair and when I received them today found out they'd sent me a pair from their more expensive range, which was a very nice suprise and will enjoy trying them out! What struck me through out the process was they responded really quickly to my messages and was really through with getting all the details of the problem, they are obviously really keen to investigate and prevent issues occurring again when they do crop. I've always said you can't truly judge how good a company is until something has gone wrong and you've had to deal with customer services to sort a problem out, as it's easy to do good when everything goes right, but in this instance they truly excelled, quickly resolving the issue. I raised the complaint late on a Friday evening and I had received a replacement pair in the morning post on the following Tuesday, so just 3 full days, ridiculously quick!

I bought these for my husband and sons. They tell me that these are the best boxers by far. They each have their own preference as to whether they like active or pro. I have been buying these for a few years. They wash well, last well and come in an array of colours.

Ordered 3 pairs of briefs. This was a repeat order as I have previously been very happy with the product. One pair had the stitching missing on the inside. The team resolved this very quickly and efficently and a new pair are now in the post to me. Good product, excellent service.

I've bought multiple packs of boxer-briefs from Justwears for my partner and he says they are the best, most comfiest boxers he has! Always satisfied with the products, and the new colours/designs are great.
