This was a totally new experience for me & Lauren was brilliant, explained everything fully and in a language I could understand. Was extremely approachable, answered my questions quickly and seemed to always be available for me, that personal touch made me feel less anxious and comfortable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, found me a good mortgage deal even after the first one expired. Lauren & her team stuck with it as it turned into a very long process and for that I thank them all.
