A work friend recommended J4M to me. When I first approached them, I wasn't overly hopeful because of my complicated circumstances (adverse credit history, and seeking a buy-to-let loan). However, my Adviser knew exactly which lenders would be open to doing business and those that wouldn't; her advice was practical and, above all, realistic. On the occasions when I contacted J4M and she wasn't available, there was always someone there who could readily look up the details of my case. The whole process took a few months, although that was beyond their control, and I'm pleased to say that I picked up the keys to my new home yesterday. I wouldn't hesitate to use this broker again, and I'd certainly recommend the initial outlay on using them rather than approaching banks/lenders directly.
