I visited numerous places looking for a new sofa and chair. This was the first time where the person in the shop had such extensive knowledge, extremely helpful, no pressure at all. There was a wide range of fabric and colour options. The delivery service was excellent, I had to move mine. The delivery people phoned when they were about half an hour away. They checked the room, cleared all the rubbish away and were extremely careful not to damage anything. The quality of the finished item is wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

From walking into the store and decided on what we wanted. The whole experience was friendly and helpful.
The the two gentlemen who delivered the suite were polite and unpacked and assembled the furniture. All the staff that we had dealings with went above and beyond. Well Done To All The Staff. It was much appreciated. Thank You.

We ordered 2 electric recliners in leather. We chose the company's own Premier brand because it offered a better design and colour than the equivalent Lazy Boy. The chairs arrived a couple of weeks later than originally estimated because of Christmas holidays but the wait was worthwhile. The quality, comfort and appearance are all superior to our old Lazy Boy which they have replaced. The company were very easy to deal with

Delighted with our new power recliner sofa. The comfort is exceptional, the quality feels excellent, and it’s already made a huge difference to how we relax at home. The power lumbar option in particular is going to do wonders for my lower back. Delivery was smooth and hassle-free, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.

As l had already had Lazy-boy leather chairs in America l was not sure if l would find the same service and quality here but as soon as l arrived in the store the staff were so helpful after explaining my special needs they knew exactly the type of chair l needed what l like was not being pressured allowing me to sit and try the comfort of all the chairs until l ended up with the correct chair definitely would recommend the service and quality of all lazy boys and they are so well made and very very comfortable

Excellent service nothing too much trouble.Paul very helpful nothing too much trouble .phoned him quite a few times always happy to answer all questions .this was my second suite from him would not go anywhere else I did it all on line and had no worry no sleepless nights suite is beautiful.I would say you are in safe hands

We’ve just taken delivery of our new Lazboy recliner sofa and Lazboy chair, and we couldn’t be happier. The whole experience at the Fareham store was excellent, and a big part of that was thanks to Amanda. It makes such a difference when a salesperson is genuinely trying to help you find what you’re looking for, rather than just being pushy.

From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on helping us find the perfect recliner for our needs. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained the different options clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her excellent customer service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

Great experience at Just4sofas Fareham ! The selection was excellent, the staff were helpful without being pushy, and the quality of the sofa is outstanding. Comfortable, stylish, and well made. Delivery was smooth and on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great sofa.

Totally delighted with our gorgeous 3-piece reclining suite. We purchased an eye-catching orange 3-seater leather sofa and two armchairs; couldn't be happier. Saw a selection of Lazy Boy sofas on their website. They offered a 10% discount if you booked an appointment to visit the store. So made an appointment to visit Fareham. So went to the appointment, a round trip of 80 miles taking over 2 hours only to find they had very few sofas on show and when I mentioned the range we were interested in we were told that if we wanted Lazy Boy we needed to go to Kingston. WHY DID THE WEBSITE NOT MAKE THAT CLEAR

Really happy with the armchair I got - I would definitely recommend. So so comfortable and delivery/comms process was perfect.

Great communications and customer service. The sofa we selected has far exceeded our expectations, the build quality, comfort and smooth reclining action are all superb and knowing that the frame is all hardwood and that we have a limited 10 year warranty is just fantastic. The delivery service used were quick, professional and friendly, too! All in all, a brilliant, positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Very happy with I service I received in store through to delivery

We'd been looking for a pair of two-seater sofas for quite a while before finding just what we wanted at just4sofas. Paul dealt with our order very professionally, keeping us informed of progress/delivery etc. Having just taken delivery we are delighted with the product, exactly as described, extremely well made, nice material and very comfortable. A very happy customer.

The whole experience was painless. Good advice in the Peterborough showroom and the furniture was delivered to time and as described. Cannot fault this company
