Great products and excellent service!

We ordered a two seater sofa and armchair from the Peterborough showroom after doing extensive online research to track down recliners that don't need much room behind them to the wall. Unfortunately our delivery date was pushed back due to the impact of the pandemic, the Ever Given blockage of the Suez canal, container shortages and Felixstowe being overwhelmed - Basically everything that could go wrong went wrong, but Paul kept us abreast of what was going on every step of the way.

Once all the hurdles were overcome, the furniture was delivered and unpacked professionally and has proven to be very comfortable and well built. We have had a small issue and that has been resolved by Just4Sofas support contractor without any problems.

All in all, very glad to have found this company very pleased with our purchase - so much better than dealing with the 'big names' and very reasonably priced!

We had been looking for a new sofa suite for some time. We had done a lot of research but couldn’t quite decide on a suitable replacement until we found the Just4sofas website. It seemed an interesting option so went to their showroom to see their extensive range. We had never bought a leather suite before so We did feel a little apprehensive until we saw the quality of the leather. It was soft and sumptuous and they had a huge variety of colours to choose from. We felt we had finally found what we were looking for! Sadly, due to COVID, a shortage of ships and delays at port we had a long wait but Paul was so communicative and kept us well informed of progress and at one point even offered us a sofa in the interim whilst having to wait for ours to arrive. A company of real integrity - something sorely lacking in todays retail market. We would highly recommend not only their sofas but also the way their company is run. They look after all their customers and would be prepared to go the extra mile in difficult situations! We would not hesitate to recommend this company and their top man, Paul.

I have just received my two leather riser recliners, in excellent condition, delivered by a brilliant two man team, with no problems at all. There had been problems with the shipment from oversees due to the pandemic, but all difficulties were handled very professionally by Paul who kept me informed at all times. Can’t praise this company highly enough , from the day we picked the sofa from their shop in Fareham to the delivery today . Paul and his team went above and beyond to make sure we received our beautiful sofa today after there was a mix up with the delivery company . Paul the owner drove from Cambridge to Kent to pick it up personally , then delivered it to us in Gosport before heading back to Cambridge . What a day he had but couldn’t have been more , polite, happy and professional . Thank you so much and we are over the moon with the sofa , fantastic quality and service 👍
