My flight in February was cancelled by American Airlines and they refunded my ticket in full to Justairticket but 4 months later and still no refund to me. Scam site with terrible customer service. Hours on the phone and many emails with excuse after excuse and still no refund.

I am very depressed and I have trouble doing anything, but Paul was such a great help to me and made it so easy. He explained everything so thoroughly and patiently, and I went from no flight confirmed—to confirmed and paid. There is no other place I would consider booking flights with. Thank you for everything.

I would NOT DO IT!! They provide info and email showing one airline - Southwest, then tried to get me to pay $120. For what? Good question. Then my card was charged by Frontier while flight shown and selected was for Southwest. I didnt authorize a charge for a flight with Frountier- and won't EVER ! Then someone, so called "paul" calls repeatedly asking for $120 to cover the flight. Yeah, NO!! But they had Frontier charged my card. I told Paul "NO" yet they charged my card. I called Fontier, they claim, "No Show". Of course not we were at the Southwest counter and no ticket. Feels and Sounds like a switch and bait scam to me.

This guy has been having me on hold off and on just to pay for a new ticket and wait for confirmation. Im currently still on hold. So technically it's been over an hour and a half. And did I mention I've already missed my flight waiting for him???? These people stuck! And ir seem as though he's the only operator. Everytime I call he answers. This has been the absolute WORST experience just to purchase a $500 one-way ticket! And then if you purchase your ticket online, they will cancel your reservation if you don't answer whenever they call you for confirmation.

I have never had to verify a plane ticket so the fact that they would not process my ticket but had to call me to ask more questions made me very uncomfortable.
I spoke to two very kind humans who tried to assure me their company was legit but my gut tells me otherwise. I should have known that the ticket priced this cheap was a con. Also, in reading the other reviews, others talk about how their flight was cancelled, changed or price drastically raised at the last minute with no way out. Will never purchase a ticket from this company again.l

Just tried to book a round trip flight online from San Diego to Chicago. The website says it is $447, but then an agent named Rihanna Long called me and told me that the first leg with American Airlines cannot be confirmed with the discounted fare. She can confirm with main cabin but the price would be $578 for round trip. So I told her that I don't want it. Then, she turned very rude with her attitude and told me that I will incurre a penalty if I don't want the flights because she said that the returned flight with Alaska Airlines is confirmed. I said that if you cannot give me the price listed on your website for both flights, you should not confirm my flight with Alaska and I should not have any penalties. I think this site is a scam. They tried to list the price lower on the website to hook you in and then call you to say that the flight is no longer available and try to upsell you and give you bad attitudes and threat of penalties if you don't want the flight. At the end, after some back and forth with Rihanna Long and me asking for a manager and telling her that I will leave a bad review, she said that there will be no penalties because she doesn't want to waste her time. Such a bad experience with this company and it's customer service. Will not use this company again.

Paul was very helpful and trying to get up the best deal on short notice flights. He gave me different options.

SCAM!!! They call you after you book and say the seats you just paid for are unavailable. This happened to me twice. They advertise lower prices just to get you to book, then pressure you to pay more for the tickets afterward.

Took 48 minutes to do stuff and then my price goes up more money than I expected.. .. after reading about you guys I see why.. it's what you do with others too
