Very helpful and friendly assistance with medical queries for a quote
I had to call in relation to a quote for annual travel insurance due to medical queries and received excellent assistance from Caitlin, who was very helpful, pleasant and professional. I found the website to be very clear
I found the website to be very clear, and user friendly to book my travel insurance.
Although I didn't need it on this occasion, there was a contact number in case of queries, which was certainly most welcome and often not available on websites.
(Hopefully, I won't have to review the actual insurance service itself)!! However, all good so far.

Easy to deal with and good quote. Could easily apply medical conditions with out having to call someone, though the options was available to talk to someone.
