In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.

Would definitely recommend
Purchasing was easy and very efficient. I was contacted straight away to talk through and check my order. Delivery was a week earlier than quoted which was great. Driver was extremely helpful, certainly above and beyond what was expected. These bifolds are heavy and very well constructed, no warping when moving them.
A replacement gasket was sent for a minor fault. (Something that could have been picked up before they left the factory). Also the vents could have been cleaned to remove debris before doors left the factory.
Phone calls for a couple of fitting questions were answered.
All in all a good experience and I would happily recommend Just Doors Uk.

It would have been nice to have received some fixing details (ie size of drill bit for screws supplied with fixing kit/recommended type of mastic to use/sequence of install and method of ensuring frame is hung without a twist/etc) and the glazing beads were difficult to fit.
