In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the warranty period, Just Doors UK will simply replace the faulty item. We will do our best to match any previous items supplied, but due to availability of materials this may not always be possible.
The performance and quality of all uPVC profiles, door slabs* and gaskets are guaranteed for 10 years, sealed units 5 years and hardware and locks 1 year, from the date of delivery allowing for fair wear and tear.

The ordering online form was quite easy to fill out and also there is lots of useful information and data sheets online. After ordering, I was called next day to confirm the order details and also after a few weeks to let me know the delivery day. The door was delivered by a helpful driver and all was as ordered and in good condition. I am pleased with the quality of the doors.

Excellent service. Have used before and lovely bifold doors fitted easily using instructions included. Only small suggestion would be to get a delivery notification as a text message as well as an email so if delivery date is inconvenient then you have time to alter. Would definitely recommend to others as high quality service. Many thanks!!

Delivery was unclear and delayed by a day with no information given until we called to find out. They also sent the wrong pannel for the bottom door meaning we can't install the door completely. We have ordered the new part but we still haven't heard back nor received it. Disappointing

Delivery quoted was adhered to and door delivered on the day within the allocated time slot. The made to measure door was exactly the size required and extremely satisfied with the quality of the door.
