Very poor experience with Just Drive. I rented a car for only one day and returned it at night. At the time of return, nobody informed me of any damage. The next morning, I suddenly received a photo claiming the bumper was damaged.

I was also charged ₹80 for a toll even though I did not pass through any toll plaza during my trip.

The most concerning part is that issues were raised only after the car had already been returned and accepted. This makes me question the transparency of their process, especially regarding the ₹5,000 security deposit.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting a car from Just Drive. Customers should be very careful and document the vehicle thoroughly before and after the trip.

Extremely disappointing service.

I had hired one their car for my work trip. The booking process was smooth. Their prices are affordable. Customer care is also very supportive.

Initially I was skeptical of hiring a car from them. But the booking process and the experience was smooth. The staff was polite and cordial. The car was clean and serviced.

I am a senior citizen so needed a comfortable automatic car. Just Drive was happy to help in selecting the right car and also delivered it to my location. Thanks
