Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Kept updated from when I ordered to when my item was dispatched. The only thing I would say is that I did not have an update to say that it was out for delivery? I would definitely order again.
Dress is just as pretty as in the picture. True to size. Lovely quality. Can't wait to have more from this Company.

Finding a fashion product I like

I used to buy Just Elegance clothes regularly. However, with shops closing down was unable to find Just Elegance (only a limited stock) in the Factory Shop. I was browsing through the fashion outlets on line and found Just Elegance. Site was easy to use, very efficient text mails and delivery within a few days. I have definitely found my niche again with Just Elegance. Thank you.

Hi Maigread, on our end the order is showing as delivered at 14:01PM @06/12/2024.

As We can see you ordered on Friday 29/11/24 after 5 pm, so the order was dispatched on Monday 02/12/24, as we lead up to Christmas, shipping times will be delayed else the normal delivery time is 3-4 working days please allow for this .

Excellent service by Just Elegance. One pair of trousers I ordered were not available so received an email from them to see if there was anything else I wanted to replace them or a refund. I chose something else and it all arrived swiftly in one package. Excellent service.
