The clothes are fine quality and prices are too. However it's a bit annoying that you have to call them if you need stuff refunded or wants to cancel your "subscription".

A Scam business designed to trick you, don't give them your credit card details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If there was a 0 star, that would be my rating
Very very illegal business.I wonder how Kelly Rowland stands by this brand honestly but after my experience with this scam of a business, I think it might be photo-shopped.
After writing my review here I will be carrying the case forward with consumer rights board because Just-fab is a BIG scam.
If you are reading this, never make the mistake of sharing your credit card details with them.
They will keep on deducting you 345 kr every month from your account WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT in the premise that you subscribed to their service even after calling them to unsubscribe you.
I called, asked them to unsubscribe me (mind you, I did not sign up to their stupid terms and conditions) and they gave me a 1 credit...said I could spend it as a guest and that to use it I have to spend 349 Kr or above and check out as a guest. I did that and it automatically renewed my membership.
Customer support is really stupid, they know they are doing something wrong and taking advantage of people but they act oblivious. They will not help. They have a script they tell you but it would be the same as having parrots speak with no brains. I wrote to the support team and they wrote back saying that they could not access my message and that I have to write it again.....fools I tell you. And so so unprofessional.
Their whole site is not safe. It is also unstable and will crash/ log you out / not show actual prices but just display offer prices/ forces you to accept cookies with a virtual support bot to add cherry to the top! the whole process and website has been designed to fool people into a membership, get money from them and make the process of unsubscribing so hard that you give up.
Fraudsters...I could list all the wrong things with their process but they are too many and I do not have any energy left in me.
You are running an illegal business and we will get you! This scam has to reach to the danish authorities because what you are doing is not compliant with e´-commerce laws in Europe.
Your days are numbered.

Now when you know how our VIP program works out, you are aware how to handle this.
That is something we are always streaming for;
to introduce all our members with T/C before or right after they purchase something on our site ; ))
You can always choose if you will accept VIP or guest membership.
As you could see the Skipping button is on the website, so membership
can be maintained for free just by clicking it.
What makes it easy is the fact that we are sending email reminders.
Also if you need any assistance with anything regarding Terms and Conditions
you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
For the members who do not want to be the part of VIP program, we do have Guest checkout.
As a Guest, you can still use our website. The only difference is that in that case you do not have to skip and you will not have access to the VIP promos and benefits.
We thank you for sharing your opinion with us, we always like to hear all kind of member`s experience, just because our main goal is to achieve the best satisfaction of all members.
