Spam!!!!! Very low quality product!! The products are very uncomfortable it hurt my feet.... They charged me every month with 39.90euros without notification for some kind of membership that I didnt authorization. And I couldn't get to customer service for help!

The customer service can help you and make the return label that you can use and return an item to receive another one or the refund.

Or new collection has recently been published so we have a lot of contacts about the articles. Deceitful VIP program
Deceitful VIP program. They entice you with steep discounts, and hidden away in the fine print is a monthly cost of 44,95€. They say you can "skip" this charge between the first and the fifth day of the month, and they send you a reminder about it which conveniently looks like a promotional email that goes straight to spam. They do not refund the charge and cancelling the subscription is IRRITATINGLY difficult. You have to call them or write them a physical letter (sent to their BArcelone address). I have tried to call them and cancel my VIP subscription five times now, waited for an average of 30 minutes for each call but they still haven't answered.
SCAM. STAY AWAY. Terrible!

The VIP membership can always be free because we have the option to skip the month. When the month is skipped, the member maintains all the benefits to make orders whenever there is a need.

En octubre del 2022 realicé una compra de unas botas en la página web JustFab por un anuncio de Instagram. Cuando los compré me dieron de alta directamente en su programa VIP, del cual no quería formar parte, y sin avisar. Yo después de ese pedido no pedí nada más porque quería ver como me llegaban las botas compradas, la calidad... y a principios de noviembre automáticamente me cobraron 39,95€.
Estoy intentando llamar porque no quiero estar en un programa que si no compro me retiene dinero y mucho menos si no decidí yo apuntarme en él, pero no me dan cogido las llamadas, siempre hay una larga cola de espera y guardan mi número pero aun no obtuve respuesta y no quiero estar más tiempo suscrita, de hecho quiero borrar mi cuenta al completo de esta página.
In October 2022 I made a purchase of some boots on the JustFab website for an Instagram ad. When I bought them, they registered me directly in their VIP program, which I did not want to be part of, and without warning. After that order I didn't ask for anything else because I wanted to see how the purchased boots arrived, the quality... and at the beginning of November they automatically charged me €39.95.
I'm trying to call because I don't want to be in a program that if I don't buy, keeps money from me and much less if I didn't decide to sign up for it, but they don't pick up the calls, there's always a long queue and they save my number but still no I got a response and I don't want to be subscribed any longer, in fact I want to delete my entire account from this page.

El cliente se puede suscribir solo si acepta a suscribirse; no es automático el proceso. Si el cliente no quiere suscribirse, no es necesario que lo haga; no existe ningún tipo de obligación en la página. La membresía VIP siempre puede funcionar gratuitamente porque tenemos el beneficio de saltar el mes, pero si no quiere estar suscrito, el cliente nos puede llamar cuando quiera y le ayudaremos. Como usted lo ha dicho, en este momento la atención al cliente trabaja y le podrás ayudar cuando su llamada llegue a su turno. Sentimos muchos que tenga que esperar.
