Purchased a Hyundai 3200, delivered the next day fuelled and oiled up ready to go.
Very efficient response and service.
These guys were actually recommended by a local retailer I know who had stopped selling generators so I was comfortable using them in the first place.

Great service. Ordered a generator in the evening. Phoned me up the next morning to say they could deliver it tomorrow. Cant beat service like that. The generator has done over 100hrs now and is working well.

I had expert advice
I had expert advice, over the phone and chat, also emailed before I made my purchase.
What you have to know before you buy a generator is a bit of information on what you are looking to run from it.
Just generators though not able to give me exact numbers they guided me on how I could find this out and advised that a electrician could load test and tell me EXACTLY how many watts would be needed from a generator.
Sometimes people are not happy to seek advice and listen to what's being advised to them and ultimately come unstuck, which is not the supplying companies fault especially as just generators gives EVERY possible option to request help prior to making any mistake on buying a generator that is not powerful enough.
So my advise is speak to these guys prior to a purchase they have the knowledge and offer every conceivable contact option to do so. So there are no excuses. DO YOUR RESEARCH

Would not help me after I bought it. Were not frank before I bought it. I'm left with a generator I can't use and they won't swap it.
