Cleaners are fantastic but management is poor. Despite promising a cover for the time our regular cleaner was on leave none has been provided for more than 6 weeks, however we were still charged the full amount for cleans we have not received. Despite repeated promises to reimburse us we have not received the money back. Very poor customer service and not trustworthy sadly.

Poor management.

The standard of cleaning is excellent, but when you are told you will ALWAYS have cover and then cover is NEVER arranged, it is entirely unacceptable. Our helper went away for almost 8 weeks and in that time cover was arranged once. Our helper is now not available, and they have no cover. They will take your money before they are even sure they can offer the service. I really regret switching from our previous service. AVOID!

Just helpers have provided a fantastic level of service. The management team have excellent communication and all the helpers I’ve had have been very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The kind, caring and ethical ethos of the company shines the at every level.

We had a very good regular cleaner, and when she was away the cover cleaners were also always very thorough and professional. We have moved out of London and hoping Just Helpers will set up in Bath

We had a post builder clean from just helpers and they did a completely amazing job. Honestly brilliant!! It was so dusty when they got here but they left it looking completely brilliant.

The ladies were so nice and cheerful, and worked so so hard! It was amazing and has made moving back in so much easier.

The company are just so lovely to work with too - so accommodating and helpful and just nice!

Just Helpers have been absolutely fantastic over the last few years we’ve been in London. Fatme comes every fortnight and is the most brilliant and lovely cleaner - she really goes above and beyond (getting behind furniture, every surface area left spotless, sparkling bathroom). They are an ethical business and we know they pay their workers the London living wage. Anytime Fatme took annual leave, another Helper was there and the quality of the cleans were always thorough. Would recommend this company (and Fatme!) to everyone!

I was introduced to Just Helpers when the founder, Antoinette, connected with me on LinkedIn. When we were moving into our flat, Just Helpers was the first cleaning company I thought of to help us with our Start of Tenancy cleaning. We were lucky enough to get availability for just when we needed it. We had two ladies clean our flat for six hours on a Saturday. We paid extra for the cleaning kit as because the property was still vacant, it was going to be easier for Just Helpers to provide for us. I don't think the oven had ever been cleaned by the last owner, but when they were finished, it was sparkling clean. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. My initial consultation was with Antoinette, and then all future correspondence was through Monika. Every interaction was professional and friendly. On departure the cleaning ladies packed my disinfectant wipes by mistake, which I mentioned because we were having quite a few deliveries and I wanted to wipe everything down. Monika apologised profusely and a few days later I received a box of cleaning wipes with a lovely note. The customer service has been excellent. I cannot fault Just Helpers, and if I ever need a cleaning service they will be the first people I will call. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our cleaner Tsveti always does an excellent job, and is friendly, polite, professional, and punctual.

Communication with the company is really easy and professional too – it has been easy to change the time or date of a clean if need be.

It is great to not have to worry about payment each time – invoicing and direct debits are very straightforward and easy to set up.

Also very happy to support this company and ensure that people are paid a living wage.

We have received a great service from Just Helpers from beginning to end! When we first approached JH they were really helpful, friendly and informative, and soon worked out exactly what our requirements were and assigned the lovely Svetla as our helper. Svetla has visited us fortnightly for the last year, helping us keep on top of all the housework since our house has become not only our home but also our full time office! She has been a pleasure to have in our home and always does a great job, and leaves our house sparkling!

The house is a bit tricky as we had builders upstairs but she cleaned the rooms without builders so so well. Great work. And was very lovely.

I have used just helpers for a year after a friend recommended them. My cleaner is excellent and has loads of initiative, it’s great not to have to think about the chores! I love having a regular cleaner and knowing she gets a living wage and holiday pay. I also really appreciate the efficiency of the team who will arrange a replacement if my cleaner is sick or on holiday. They were also great during lockdowns, being really flexible for those shielding or on furlough.

I love using Just Helpers. The cleaners are really well trained so that the quality of the cleaning, as well as the observance of Covid rules, means I feel so confident. Best of all the cleaners are paid the London Living Wage and holiday and sick pay so you know they are valued and cared for. I 100% recommend Just Helpers for work and home settings

I've been so pleased with Just Helpers over the last 4 years. I love their attitude, ethos and ethics. Every helper they have sent has been honest and easy to have in the house. One I had to make more effort with to get cobwebs dealt with, but any little issues are easily dealt with via the managers who are great communicators. Highly recommended.

I needed an urgent clean arranged for the same week and Just Helpers offered me a one-off cleaning. Everything was smoothly organised and communicated.

All sparkling clean and fresh, Iva managed to clean entire appartement. I am so pleased, the best cleaning service I’ve ever received.

I used Just Helpers for 18 months. I only stopped because I left London - I was extremely happy with the service. The managers were responsive, thorough and reliable and my Helper Svetla was friendly, hard working and always left the flat looking lovely.
