Best Cleaner yet
I just wanted to share with you how happy my husband and I are with Elena. We think she is the best Cleaner we have ever had! She is so diligent, hard working as well as being very pleasant. I have been away a lot since she started but was delighted to come back and see what she has done in the house.
So we’re very pleased. And of course the bonus of having someone who we can communicate with (essential for us) is much appreciated.

Best cleaning service
Just Helpers is honestly the best cleaning service I’ve come across, I couldn’t recommend it enough. They offer fantastic cleaners, tailored to your needs and personalities. They are super responsive and friendly in the office. If you need to make changes to your schedule or if you raise any questions, they’ll always be accommodating and helpful. The cleaners we’ve had have been really efficient, respectful of space and are willing to adapt their approach to what you need. Highly recommend!

Wonderful company and exceptional service. I’m very relieved to have found Just Helpers having struggled to find reliable cleaners who were given proper conditions and London Living Wage.
Just Helpers paired me with a wonderful cleaner (Milena) who is incredibly reliable, friendly and trustworthy, and always does a great job.

Thief
The cleaner they sent us stole over 2000£ of valuables the first time they went over. The staff was extremely unhelpful during the whole process of sorting out what happened. We filed a police report and have been told that this cleaner has had a history of being reported for stealing items.
Avoid at all costs.

Thank you for your review. I wanted to once again take the time to contact you as you did not get back to me following my attempts to call you in December. We are really really sorry about this unprecedented incident in your home. Like you, we are gutted about what has happened. We are doing everything that we can to comply with the police and our insurance company over this matter, and we no longer represent the Helper in question. She had no known history of theft before this incident with you. We put her through our stringent vetting methods before. She had worked without incident for a major cleaning agency for 18 months before working with us, and they gave her a glowing review.
We are duty bound to hear both yours and her version of events. Sadly, we have had accusations of theft against other individuals before, only to find that the item in question was later found. This is a first for us and we have taken the matter very very seriously.
It is every client and agency's worst nightmare. I can only apologise again and reassure you that we are doing everything we can to put this right. I am so sorry that your view of the rest of our interaction has been coloured by this awful outcome.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of Just Helpers. The service in all respects has been exceptional. Very high standards are expected from the helpers, and management have never been anything other than efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Switched to Just Helpers after using…
Switched to Just Helpers after using another company that sent me different cleaners every week. My new Helper is fantastic. She's thorough and reliable, and I know I'm getting the best service from the same Helper every week. Plus, I get the convenience of paying via direct debit and the assurance that my Helper is getting a fair wage. Just Helpers customer service is also friendly and prompt. And they do surprise visits with their Helpers to ensure everything is up to par. I'd definitely recommend them!

Great cleaning, fair wages guaranteed
Just Helpers are the only service I could find that offers domestic cleaning in London with a guarantee of paying the London Living Wage, so I would never have gone anywhere else. But happy to report that they're also extremely efficient, high-quality service.

Just Helpers are great!
Just Helpers are great! I love what they stand for and our cleaner is amazing and reliable. They are great at rearranging visits when ourselves or our cleaner are away (not that we do it very often!) and there is good support from the girls in the office.
The price per hour is more than most but I do value knowing that the staff are getting a good wage and the benefits they should. Only minor quibble is the increase in price as more admin staff have been taken on as the company expands but we decided the ethos of the company was enough to make us stick around.

Just to reassure you, the price raises are more about being in line with the London Living Wage so that our cleaning colleagues can receive an equitable and fair wage.
Our additional costs cover insurance, on site health checks and training for you and your Helper, the hours of admin each month on behalf of each Helper to generate their invoices, texts and emails to arrange and rearrange cleans, and finally all of the taxes that need to be paid.

If you care about how your cleaner is paid and treated not just by you but in all her jobs and general employment well-being then JustHelpers is fantastic. Their standards are high and if your personal cleaner isn't ideal for you or your circumstances change they can find yiu an alternative.
