Fabulous service from Russell Jones at Hare Hatch Reading. We went in for some advice as we are novices and Russell took time to explain how to care and maintain our tub. He was very knowledgeable about all the chemicals etc and gave clear instructions on cleaning and caring for our tub. Would definitely recommend you go along and speak to Russell if you are thinking of purchasing a hot tub .

Diagnosed an initial problem with a heater. Found a second disconnected heater from previous owner. Fitted replacement heaters and conducted a full service. Very thorough professional work with good advice on how to best manage operations moving forward. Would highly recoomend.

Charlie came to-day to service our lovely hot Tub. We were notified that he would be arriving earlier if convenient which was ideal for us.
Charlie was polite, cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient, a pleasure to have him at our home.
The service was carried out thoroughly and Charlie left with a promise to be in touch with us regarding a cheaper way of heating the hot tub.

The man turned up on time and he was very friendly. I asked him a few questions regarding the service and the bluetooth which he answered in great detail. I was very happy with the service that he provided, thank you.

Josh, the hot tub engineer, arrived at the appointed time to carry out a Gold Spa service. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly man with years of experience. The task was carried out in a most professional manner and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you Josh and Just Hot Tubs.

Scott arrived to service our hot tub today. He was very friendly, efficient and could answer all our questions. He repaired a loose strap and side panel and was thoughly charming. A great job as always by Just Hot Tubs, would definitely recommend.

I had an annual service on my hot tub today and was very impressed. Engineer arrived on time, very fast and efficient service, from emptying and refilling and cleaning all the components. My hot tub is gleaming, no mess left behind and will definitely be booking again next year for my annual service. Thank you 👍

This was the annual Service of my Hot Tub. Scott was prompt, pleasant and everso efficient with his work. He was celan and tidy and leaving the area where he was working spotless. Scott also gave me additional maintenance advice with regrads to my settings to manage the Hot tub in these testing times with the Energy situation we find ourselves in. Tio Marks from me as a result
