Good service today
Still loving our spa

Russel and the team have been fantastic right from the initial conversations to now owning our tub for 4 months. We bought a Beacon and it's the best thing my wife and I have ever bought. Russel has been great every time I've called with questions on cleaning, maintenance etc. I couldn't recommend the Just Hot Tubs team more! Thank you!

Great customer service.
Had my 2nd yearly service this week and still very pleased with how well the tub is working. Scott did a very thorough job with the service and was very knowledgeable and friendly with it. Thanks Scott.

Not very impressed. Had nothing but issues . Firstly took much longer to arrive than was initially told and was only after asking for a refund it turned up . When it finally arrived and was installed was not installed correctly and had to be sorted by a qualified electrician. Noisy pumps , high pitch whistles and to top it off just over 3 years old now and the control box has failed and Just hot tubs want £99 call out and £500 for a new control box . During the 3 years we've put in 4 warranty calls to non have been actioned on or dealt with. Will never buy from these again.

Scott from Just Hot Tubs was polite, punctual and hard working. He readily and happily explained the whole process so that I could learn to fish for myself . Scott has a great mixture of technician skills and an excellent customer relationship dynamic.

Routine set up and service of jacuzzi after a long stint in storage due to relocation. Charlie carried out this for us with a bright professional manner. Highly recommend Charlie from just hots tubs as his in depth knowledge and recommendations for testing water and keeping the spa in tip top condition.

Love Nathan and the team at Just Hot Tubs. We have an older tub, so the parts arent always easily available, but they try their hardest to find them, and get us options. It doesn't always work out, but they do their best and I appreciate that.

One of Just Hot Tubs service engineers Scott came to carry out a scheduled service . He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided an excellent level of service and also assisted with connecting the built in Bluetooth speakers whilst he was here. I highly recommend this service that the company provides, especially if Scott is the engineer that turns up.
