Justin is the real deal
Justin is the real deal. For years I’ve been trying to find the perfect on line platform that I can adjust my workouts accordingly to my current health situation. I go from no health issues to bad knees and arthritis and back to normal again repeatedly. This is the only program that caters to all of that. His workouts are with purpose and target whole body and also specific areas for strength, mobility, as well as aerobic conditioning. Throw in a meditative experience (as he is so calming) and you have the best app out there!!
Justin is a great teacher
Justin is a great teacher - teaching a reluctant, lazy student is not easy - but he does it tactfully by designing simple exercises covering every muscle of the body, making sure i dont get distracted . His sessions are simply amazing - if you are a pro do it twice , if you are a beginner no need to worried of exercise at all - you will start enjoying working out- by Justin's magic!

Very accessible and easy to use website and app to help you get and stay motivated to take care of yourself and get more active with short and easy to follow exercises, there’s also fun monthly programs/challenges and an interesting range of recipes to try. Very friendly community too… all you need to do is get started and keep showing up.

At 55 I find the gym to be intimidating! But Justin’s workouts are the BEST! even if you think they are simple I promise you will feel it. His supportive and compassionate nature is incredibly welcoming. If you are considering, DO IT!!!! You won’t regret the decision.

I’m so incredibly thankful to Justin and thrilled his videos crossed my path. After seeing several of his short videos, I knew I needed to try his app. Justin is amazing at explaining each exercise, transition, and why/how the exercise will benefit me. I can tell he truly cares about all of us, our health, and helping us move so we can enjoy our lives.
I started using Justin’s app in 2023 and am still a subscriber. I especially like that I can choose which areas I want to work on and pick my choice of video(s) or Justin makes it easy with new monthly challenges already laid out. I feel like he’s my very own personal trainer! 😁
I have osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and my knees are bone on bone. The strength I’ve regained from working with Justin is beyond my expectations. I’ve tried physical therapy and would end up overworked and in more pain than before PT. With Justin’s approach, I’ve gained strength and endurance without ever being in more pain.
I highly recommend Justin and his app to anyone wanting to move more from beginners, been a long timers, and those who want to keep be motivated.

I have been sedentary for too long. I looked for various workouts but nothing seemed to fit ME. Then I found Justin. From his monthly challenges and workouts to the ability to pick and choose for how I am feeling that day, he is perfect. I feel motivated to move again. He is my go to workout guru!

Gym membership not needed
After seeing Justin on my "for you page" on TT, I liked his style and approach for beginners. I haven't worked out in awhile due to covid and now working from home. His workouts are easy to follow and are not intimidating as going to the gym.

I had a knee injury in 2020 and with Covid and other stressors, became sedentary and healthy. I came across Justin online and found his content was so genuine, easy to follow, and something I felt I could do, at my lowest of lows. I love the programs and focus on small steps, online resources, and kindness.

Fantastic Program!
I love this program! The workouts are perfect for all levels of fitness, from 0-10! Justin is extremely positive in his videos, and there is so much content to choose from. I like doing the monthly challenge, it keeps me on track. If I want more, I can easily add cardio, strength, or stretching. The price for 1 year access is extremely reasonable, and the program does not disappoint!
Loving the gentle exercises
I have been afraid to exercise due to disc issues, chronic back pain, and knee pain. I have been unable to stand or walk, when my disc slips from time to time. I used to be able to climb mountains and now I can barely put on my own socks, and I'm only in my 30s! Justin's gentle exercise program is exactly what I needed to help me slowly and carefully rebuild my strength, stamina, and mobility. I can feel it working already. Consistency is crucial and it helps that the app is extremely user friendly. I love that I can stream the exercises anywhere and anytime. I highly recommend the JA Fitness Program!

So many workouts claim to be for beginners, but these truly are. Justin is kind, motivating, and knowledgeable. He truly wants to help people where they are. I’d recommend him to anyone!
Short, Sweet and Efficient
I really enjoy the shorter sessions and positive attitude. When I start exercising, I do the easier lesson first and am amazed at how much I feel like keep going. I also feel my muscles responding and that encourages me even more.

I started January 1st and have only missed 1 day. Justin's Beginner series for January is great. He is constantly encouraging while also cautioning to stay within your own skill level and not to over do it and get hurt. I really needed an exercise program to help me feel like I was not wasting away. Although I am a relatively healthy and active person, I was starting to have a hard time to reach my feet to put my shoes on. Silly, I know, but I am already so much more limber after only 22 days. I highly recommend Justin's workout program.
Justin is a Different Kind of Influencer!
Thanks to Tik Tok, I found Justin and saved his videos so I could use them when I did sporadic exercise. I decided to join his community and found a place where I can belong without being pressured to push through to the point that I hate the exercise. Justin is so encouraging in every routine he posts. Allowing your body to remember!
You can exercise from the comfort of your own home. It is not about 'killing' yourself, it is all about being gentle and allowing the body to remember how it can move. From being rather slack in exercise, I am loving these exercises and Justin Agustin is very motivating. Thank you.

Working from home made me a person that rolled out of bed to my computer with very little movement during the day, needless to say it took its toll on my body.
I moved my work desk and unintentionally now have a full-length mirror next to it, every time I looked to the side all I could see was person with bad posture getting bigger by the day and hatting myself for it.
In about September Justin Agustin popped up on my Facebook, I tried a few of the exercises and loved them, easy to follow, done in a calm manner, nothing hectic, but felt so good after a session. Joined his program and love it. I still have a long way to go to get where I want to be, but each day that I put in the effort to click, and exercise is a good day for me.
