After watching and saving every post I came across from Justin I finally signed up to start a life of intentional movement. His workouts are created to be gentle or rigorous, you choose which, and his commentary and instructions are encouraging and thorough. Justin is so supportive of coming to you where ever you are at. I retired 3 years ago and immediately stopped moving regularly. I was a nurse, on my feet, for 43 years and thought I deserved a break. Well my break, plus covid isolation led to a body that gained 60 # and was so wimpy. Thru dietary changes I lost 50#, but I am still wimpy! Starting with JA because it is such an accepting environment and I didn't have to start out "fit" in order to begin❣️

As someone who has been bed ridden for a few years and is starting to move about n getting my life together. Justin is a godsend. His genuine loving aura is evident to see. And I feel so comfortable following his routines. As for those routines they are perfect. He doesn’t put pressure on you and you do what you can. I have only been using his workouts for a few weeks and I am already feeling a difference. Please please consider using his courses this year. Keep on going on your journey. You can do it!
Justin's programs are amazing
Justin's programs are amazing! This is a true beginner program for anyone who hasnt exercised in a while. He makes it less intimidating and feel like you are with a friend who understands. I also really like the options that he and Kathleen show to increase the level of difficulty so that you could workout with a friend who may be more advanced.

As an overweight 67 yo woman who needed help. I found Jason on Instagram during covid aftermth. I hate exercise but Justin has developed a prorgam that DOESN"T HURT. A little muscle soreness, some sweat and a feeling of finishing the entire set. Love it.

The entryway for a daily practice
I finally have found the entryway for a daily, joyful exercise practice. These routines are brief, often 13-15 minutes, and include warming up and stretching before the momentum begins. Justin's attitude is so gentle, so encouraging. He offers a welcome smile in my day every morning.

I am very excited to start my journey
I am very excited to start my journey. I have done the free video and loved it! I have watched and tried several of his short videos on several platforms and they are great! The motivation is not there and that is why I joined. I enjoy having him go through the exercise with me and this keeps me from giving up halfway through. I am hoping to get back to my pre-Covid shape and then continue to improve. I also want to be a positive example to my family members. I know that Justin is just what I need at this point in my fitness path! Thank you for understanding the difficulties that some people face and making it possible to get up and move! Here is to a much brighter new year!!!!
Gentle Inspiration, Exercises You Can Do
I was the picked last, uncoordinated kid and when I grew up I dropped out of every excercise class I ever tried. I knew I should be more active but I just couldn't make it work. Despite that history, Justin's videos make me feel successful. He's the kind and patient coach I always wished I had. The instructions are clear, the pace is even, the routines are varied enough not to be boring, and Justin's tone and facial expressions are calm, positive and reassuring. This is the first exercise routine I've actually stuck to in my life, I love seeing how much stronger and more flexible I'm getting and I enjoy the extra quick sessions I can even do at my desk to boost my energy throughout the day.

I don't love to exercise but feel I need to. JA's app and routines are perfect for me! I can choose a quick yet effective workout out of a selection of many varied workouts.
Fun exercise with so much choice
I suffer with COPD and have improved so much following Justin’s monthly challenges. I make sure to do 30 minutes a day and mix and match depending on How I feel. So much choice, I recommend to everyone
You need to try Justin's exercises
I have just started with this program about over a month or so ago. However before that I tried some his exercises he posted freely and couldn't wait to become a member. I am recovering from injuries I sustained 2 years ago and was looking for a workout program that could help strengthen those areas weakened as a result. Justin's program turned out to be perfect. Love the cardio that gets your heart rate up, so you break a sweat. Working on the core is another great group of exercises that I so appreciate. I'm building my body back up one body part at a time and Justin's exercises are perfect. I also really appreciate how short they are 15/20 min, though I always want more. Justin you are a game changer. Thank you for your hardwork.

I found Justin on instagram. I found his reels helpful and achievable for my exercising with chronic pain. So much so I subscribed to his program and use the app every day. Sometimes I only have time to do a mobility routine in the morning. Even that helps me move more throughout the day and walk farther with less pain.
He is encouraging and cheerful and communicates dignity and respect to his audience.
Even though I have my favorite videos memorized, I keep coming back for the new material each month.
