I am waiting for my outfit, I’ve emailed and messaged on instagram and no response.
It’s been 14 days since I ordered it.

Don’t order! Still haven’t received a confirmation email although money has been taken from my account. Emailed multiple times with no response as of yet, and DM on instagram no response. Order with next day delivery and still hasn’t arrived.

Sent missing item emailed numerous of times no response.

Parcel was left open to the middle of the street over the Christmas period and they refused to do anything to help, basically calling me a liar. I had to repeatedly ask them to open an investigation with the courier to which, they refused at first then said they would but then just stopped replying my emails and DMs.

Absolutely love this company so much their clothes are to such a high quality and they always fit me perfectly i really struggle as a slim girl to find things that fit perfect but they always do and look amazing!!!🩷

JustKendall has got to be one of my favourite places to shop! The clothes are amazing material & i just love the way they fit me.

It is a small business that I cant wait to see on rails in big retail shops one day! Bring on the summer collection !

Ordered a lovely dress but didn’t decide to keep it. Delivery was fast and so was the refund process. I’ve followed the brand since they started but have only just ordered something and would definitely order again.

Would never buy from here I received my parcel with tags not attached sent it back and refused refund! Never again

I was so excited to get this new item. I ordered according to the size chart and actually ordered 2 bras as I found them really pretty. I was so disappointed when I tried this on and it was almost 2 sizes too small. The material was like that from a dollar store. It had no support whatsoever. Of course, they refused to exchange or refund. They offered a 40% discount on my next order. Like I would ever order again. Do not order from here. They know they sell inferior products as the price keeps going down.
I've tried dealing with customer service and they said there are no returns accepted or exchanges.

Item far too big. Website indicates clothing would fit size 10 however I would say it’s more 12/14. Unable to rerun as item of clothing was in the sale.

Returned parcel that was LATE, told me they’re refund postage a week ago now claiming they’re not going to bother. Clothes a lot cheaper tack than online pics proceed. Parcel was signed for a week ago and not even an email to say a refund will be processed. Scam and wouldn’t waste my time ordering from here.

Ordered loads from this website order always comes quick an havent has any issues with orders or refunds !
