I am very disappointed with the service provided. The advertised 48-hour delivery was not met, as I received my parcel one week later. Additionally, my messages went unanswered. I only received an email with the tracking number on the day the parcel was dropped off at the post office. There was no explanation provided for the delay, nor any apology.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will be choosing a different shop in the future.

I have ordered my cosmetics from this company and never been disappointed. Not only I can buy cosmetics that are very difficult to find in the UK, but also the prices are reasonable and service is very quick.

After reading the reviews here, I was afraid to place an order, but this was the only site offering the Polish cosmetics brand I needed, so I decided to take the risk. The package was shipped the same day I placed the order, and a few days later (since I ordered before the weekend) it arrived. Everything was beautifully packed, no mistakes. The only issue was that I didn’t receive a Royal Mail tracking link, but after emailing Superbhb, I received the tracking number the same day. I recommend them!

The company didn’t include my flat number when sending the products (I have proof that it was included as I paid through PayPal). When I raised the issue with them and requested re-delivery, they responded not in English, which is a weird choice. Google translate tells me they’re refusing to send my parcel back again as “they’re not responsible for clients’ mistakes”. Shocking business approach. I will be raising this with PayPal.
