I ordered 7 items on September 25th and paid for expedited shipping. I've only received 5 of the items on December 8th. We've exchanged emails over 30 times and all I get are excuses. They keep saying it's shipped and in transit, but can't provide a shipping number.

Justloveskulls is sending me a replacemt pair of shoes which is great! The original pair was too large. Just keep in mind they run big. My 9 was like an 11.

Very cool bottle. The plastic stopper is ok and the shot glass on top is very cool but I’d never drink from it cause the edging is sharp. But visually, very cool.

So my boyfriend had bought me these lovely sneakers for a birthday gift for me. They didn’t arrive when they were supposed to. They were a week late!! So I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quite quickly and told me that they would be arriving in a few days (which they did) my boyfriend did end up paying $12 EXTRA for DHL ? …AFTER he already bought them… but I did receive them and they are beautiful and nicely made great quality and would order again!!!

I ordered these jeans and I have a receipt but they refused to honor my purchase? If I were you I would not purchase an item from them. I am so saddened and discouraged and frankly disgusted that during this economy a company would steal from a customer. I can’t review the jeans because I NEVER received them nor was I compensated. If you google these, you can find them online for $48.00 rather then the $75.00 they offer them for!

Ordered shoes 5/22 for vacation upcoming in less than a week thinking this is enough time to receive them. Still no shoes and I've reached out via email and on the Facebook site and all I'm told is they are making a follow up and will get back to me. Then I received a message on the 7th through fb messager saying "they should arrive next week"....still no available tracking and waiting. If I would of known it would of taken up to a month to receive I would of never ordered.

I got my shoes in 2 weeks. They're great quality and fit perfectly. I absolutely love them!

Ordered shoes on 4/19. have emailed to find where they are. order number 60424. the tracking number shows that it has been picked up yet. was supposed to be a gift.

I ordered a purse for my wife's bday. I've had no contact from them since, even after sending 3 emails asking questions. Pretty sure this company is a scam and I've list my money, whichi will get back from my bank if I don't hear from them soon, or receive my product!! Probably a company run by a bunch of foreign morons ripping people off!!!

Horrible customer service, no response to multiple emails. Nobody ever responds...SCAM, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SITE. I did receive a tracking number, but there has been no activity for the whole month. No product, out money 😡 UPDATE: Because of my review I was finally told (via this review, NOT by Just Live Skulls) that my order was shipped and should be receiving in 4-5 days. Not good enough for me, this review stands. I feel if I wouldn't have written this review, I would never been contacted at all. It is still yet to be seen if I get what I paid for...do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration...don't buy from this site!

Ordered on 2-27. No shipping updates. Emailed twice with no answer. Please advise asap or I will go further with reviews and PayPal. Thank you. They emailed back finally after 3 attempts. Saying there was a glitch. Don’t really think that was the case. Still no trackingand no response on where my
order is. Was also charged an international fee which magically appeared. Probably would like my money back including the international fee. Not sure I would ever order again unless they make this right.
Received my order. Took a month and had to pay international fees. No tracking. But I received and loved it. Might order again! Thank you

I love Just Love Skulls products. They are always exactly what I want. Their customer service is wonderful and will do whatever they need to assist.

I am very happy with this shop, I ordered few items and was delivered faster than I expected. I love the quality and they are responding very fast when i asked for updates.
