Products all good but delivery time an…

Products all good but delivery time an customer service is terrible.

In reply to just my look, as they should the delivery wasn’t your free delivery I paid on thuraday for next day and didn’t get my parcel until Monday. It was me continuously chasing for updates and not even a gesture of good will discount for the inconvenience just a “ wel refund the delivery fee”

What a fabulous company ..easy to order free delivery £20 and over.. delivery bin 2days
Items on Amazon were £19.50 ... I got 2 for £20...will definitely check this company before ordering from others .. excellent ..

I never received my product and never ever got my item royal…

I never received my product and royal mail said they lost my Parcel on the 8th of May and justmylook. Still will not refund me even though I have evidence and tracking to say that royal mail have lost my parcel so I haven’t had a good experience.
