Always helpful even when it’s bad for their bottom line. I’ve had them convince me not to buy things, give a refund when GW released a new codec the day after I bought one and you get pts for prizes! What’s not to love

Ordering was quick and easy
Ordering was quick and easy although I wasn't impressed that I didn't have the option of not paying to have my shipment tracked. The goods arrived in a timely manner and were as advertised.

Thanks for your feedback! The orders are tracked included in the shipping cost - you should have had the tracking number by email. I’ll have a look into that and see if we can make it more obvious and clear on the website that the tracking is there.

1st and last order
1st order - No email confirmation. Chased twice but never sent. Then chased my item a week later and was told it was out of stock even though the website showed it was in stock. 3 weeks later the wrong item arrived. I emailed to sort and they tried to say i was the one confused and then finally admitted the wrong image was on their website and couldnt care less. Use a more reliable comapny such as Battleground Gaming UK in Birmingham.
