Would highly recommend for any dog owner! Easy to set up and gives you all needed detailed information about your dogs well being. One of the best ways to make sure your dog is as healthy as they can be.

No issues on my end. Great tracker and let's me stay organized with my pup. Still new but seems like it'll be a long run product! Can't wait to see the new updates as they come along.

It’s a pretty cute tracker. Easy to set up and use. I wish it made location tracking too. But I knew it didn’t before I bought it. Maybe consider it in your next model? I love the feature where it tells you how much food my dogs should eat. Very useful.

I am a proud mom of a Weimaraner. I was having trouble with my baby's PoochPlay. I chatted with Ravi who was more helpful than I could have imagined! He answered all my questions and we were able to help me setup the device that was not working.

I got myself a new PoochPlay for my spaniel. I removed the little plastic from the battery and was trying to switch it on. I was told that it doesn't have any buttons, which makes it completely waterproof and long lasting, but I still assumed that there will at least be a power button. To my surprise, it is really buttonless and completely automatic and that tiny battery lasts months. This is such a handy little device. I am totally loving it. The app is pretty cute too.

We've had one for our lab for a while and we gifted a couple of PoochPlays to our friends for Christmas too. We love it. Whilst I always think that it may not be entirely accurate but by the end of the day, it somehow always ends up giving a proper insight and it's fun. We also pay for a dog walker, so it's an assurance to see that Ozzy is walked for what we're paying for.

Contrary to my previous review, I have now had a totally different experience with Poochplay. I previously wrote 'do not touch this company'. Customer service was non-existant, be it to queries or product performance. New management is now involved and the customer service has been second to none. They contacted me 18 months after purchase. For some reason, I know not why, I hadn't thrown the Tracker out and am now able to put it to the test. So far so good, and I've had answers to all queries raised and been asked for feedback. What's not to like. So far so good.

Loved the pooch play however it only lasted 2 weeks as became detached from the collar.... have ordered another with the band- wasn’t that obvious to order a band if you have an active dog. Why does the band not just come as part of the tracker after all it was only £2.50.

This product comes off very easily my pup broke the rubber holder and sat chewing the actual pooch play itself. I wrote twice to the company with no reply. My dog was able to open the pooch play and I found him chewing the open item and he had opened the tech bit not the bit where he battery goes. How lucky that I was nearby and found him chewing it!
Now I have written this my poochplay tags aren't working, Strange

I was paranoid if my dog was been walked by her dog walker. This gives me the confidence not to worry whilst I’m not at home, also giving me the amount of time active, steps and time of day she was walked. Seems very waterproof as well...bonus!

Great item my dog wears it all the time it’s amazing how are he has travelled great buy worth every penny. Would recommend

I was surprised how easy it is to set up. It doesn't have any buttons on it so I wasn't sure how to setup, however the app was self explanatory and took a couple of minutes to get it up and running. It is small and unobtrusive, and the battery doesn't need recharging. I am very impressed by this little tech for my labrador. :)

Very cool gadget for dogs. My friends think I’ve gone too far by getting a ‘fitbit’ for the dog but I know she is very well exercised :)

Excellent little tracker for tracking what my dog has been doing.
Light weight for the collar too.

Love my new Poochplay. Allows me to check that my cocker spaniels are getting enough exercise by my dog walkers. I got free dog walk coupons for Tailster from PoochPlay, which was so cool. I use the extreme bands and you cannot even see the trackers because they are so small.. I can also see how active they are when I’m not at home. Would be even better if I could link it via GPS App - maybe in next version PoochPlay? :)
