I received a pair of these shoes for Christmas and have only had them for about two months. I have just been wearing for everyday things and just walking no running or exercising in them and already the lining has come out of the shoes and one of the insoles has come out as well. These are not worth the price.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. The shoes are not the size I ordered. It was painful trying to put them on. (No Stetch). The size that's on the box is incorrect. It's worth paying more for comfort. I will be ordering me another pair of HOKA they are well worth the cost.

Horrible customer service. Ordered shoes from them and they are way too small. They email me back and told me it’s my error and to send pictures of the size. I tell them that according to their website a 39 EUR is a size 9 American, which is what I wear. They send me a size 8. Tell me that I’m incorrect and that the size chart is right. I send them pictures proving them wrong. They STILL say they’re right and that I could exchange them at MY return shipping cost to CHINA. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! You’ll be sorry if you do…..totally fraudulent and a scam.

This is the absolute worst company to buy from. They send you garbage and tough have to return the items on your dollar. They shoved the shoes into a box way to small which made the shoes misshapen. One pair is literally hard plastic but they are so proud of their trash. Do NOT buy from that site. Its a scam.

SAVE YOUR MONEY ORDER ELSEWHERE. YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR SHOES. THEY WONT COME IN A BOX THEY COME WRAPPED IN PLASTIC. SQUISHED EVERYTHING BUT TOGETHER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE A SCAM I HAD TO FILE FOR A DISPUTE THRU MY BANK !!

Update:: I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY OTHER SHOES I ORDERED !!I ordered 4 pair of shoes one for all of my kids. The only pair that came in were the ones that are supposed to be for my oldest daughter & they were the wrong size. I emailed customer service for help & instead of them assisting me they argued with me about the size & when I went in & sent pics that the shoes were the wrong size they stopped responded.
THEN my other 3 pairs of shoes I ordered never came in either! All my shoes were marked as delivered and I only received one.TERRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER SHOES BETTER OFF GOING TO FAMOUS FOOTWEAR AT THIS POINT.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What kind of company doesnt try to help their customers out to resolve the issue. They don’t care how your order gets to you even if it’s wrong after you pay that’s it

Make a shoe that you can put on. Where the tongue should be doesn't stretch so impossible to put on. Fire the person who designed the shoes. I want a check sent immediately. By far the worst shoes ever made. Don't buy these pieces of junk. YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY

I was gifted 2 pair and they came a size too small. Customer service is absolutely the worst!!! You can only email. You cannot speak to a person. They will only except returns to China and you have to foot the bill for shipping. Their reasoning is that they used a different sizing chart than what is in their website, making a size 38 a 7 instead of an 8 (which is what I ordered), when both the box and shipping label they can with say they are a size 7. This company is a total disappointment. They offered a discount for a future purchase and recommended gifting the shoes to a friend or family member. As if I would chance buying another pair of shoes from them. I highly recommend skipping JustSoSo.com and just order from Amazon instead.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from this website. I was charged for 2 pair of shoes. I received 1 pair! I tried to email the company and after 2 weeks, still no response. I have never received the second pair. The pair I did receive seem to be a few sizes too small.

I ordered a pair of these shoes, I ordered from their website which specifies that there are other sites selling "fake" Just So So shoes. Well, I did not want to order from Amazon because of that issue. Anyway, the openi g of the shoe is SO SMALL that my child can not even put his foot through it, as soon as I received the order and saw the shoes, we dis not even have to try them on. So shoes are in the same exact condition I got them. I asked for a refund and they offered me a discount for a future purchase and to keep the shoes to maybe gift to someone else. I told them I needed a refund because I have no use for the shoes. The onlyblittle problem is that, NOWHERE in their website says that in case of any issues, the returns will ONLY be accepted in China and that I was liable for the shipping and customs cost. I never buy stuff from out of the United States, I would have never bought these shoes if I knew that in case of issues I would be sending the product to China. Now I am stuck with shoes my son can not wear (which by the way are of very, very cheap quality) and it would be more expensive to send back and risk not getting my money back, because they say they only honor the refund for 30 days, which is more or less what it takes for the shoes to get to China.
SERIOUSLY, do not make the same mistake I did.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you get the wrong size shoes, you are screwed! They will not let you return them to the U.S. shipping point, they make you ship them back to CHINA which will cost you more in freight than the shoes!! SCREW CHINA, WAKE UP AMERICA!!

I received the 2nd order that I had tried to cancel. The order was incomplete and missing a pair of shoes. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and they will not respond. This company is a complete scam! Don’t buy from them. If you like the shoes, get them from somewhere else and save yourself! Shoes came bubble wrapped, not in a box just wrapped in plastic! The shoes weren’t even in boxes!

Do not buy from this company. Sizes run a full size too small and they will only refund if you pay over $50 to ship back to China.

Shoes run about 1 to 1 and 1/2 sizes too small. In order to return them I have to pay shipping to china. Which for my two pairs of shoes is $50. Four pairs of shoes came all smashed up in one little box.

My son recommended and purchased me two pairs sneakers for my mother’s gift. When my sneakers arrived my husband them as well, I purchased two pair of sneakers for his birthday and he loves them. My husband now has four pairs of sneakers which he loves. In addition, we have recommended them to other friends and relatives.

I received all of my items in a timely manner and they shoes are so comfortable. Thanks Just So so
