Digital clockwork
Online booking was problem-free and the price was right. I arrived an hour early and expected to wait, but the customer ahead of me had an issue. So while a member of staff helped that customer I was asked to bring my car around. The team then performed their routine each knowing what to do, helping the process by sharing kit bringing it to the next user. No fuss, no conflict, just a smooth process running like clockwork. All done in under 30 minutes. Happy to recommend!

after leaving Just Tyres my TPI dashboard light came on and indicated that I had a low tyre pressure .....driving to the nearest garage I found that one of the new tyres had only 20 psi

Top Level Service
Were able to obtain the tyres I needed at short notice and arranged a 3pm fitting appointment. Phoned me at around 1pm on the day and asked if convenient for me go earlier, went straight away and drove straight into an empty fitting bay. Excellent service. Good communication and friendly chat throughout. Other customers who came in received the same level of service and advice where required.

Excellent service
So ordered online and selected date and time. Arrived at garage and they opened promptly at 8.30am. There was a disabled lady that wanted her tyres checked before her long trip so they did her but asked myself first as I had booked. They had the tyres already in and carried the works out. Both gentlemen were very polite and asked me to drive the car in. All works was carried out in a timely manor.

Avoid if you actually want tyres!
I would award 0 if I could
I ordered booked and paid for tyres to be fitted. It was confirmed and the money taken
I arrived at the prebooked time and spoke to 2 nice gentleman who worked there… there was an awkward pause and it became apparent that the tyres were not in the depot. The gentleman apologised and called head office and was told that the tyres wouldn’t be available until….. 10th January 2025!! The tyres are not abnormal sizes, make etc.
I asked for a full refund as the tyres needed to be replaced. The gentleman working in Aylesbury spoke to somebody at head office and was told that the refund would take 5 working days …. Unbelievable
I then emailed head office customer services as I was not able to get through on the phone, it took until 26th November to get a reply… still no refund. The reply was from an HR administrator who said “Please allow me some time so that I can look into this thoroughly, I will be in touch in due course” so still no refund! Also no tyres!
My advice is if you want tyres go somewhere else, I went to formula one Aylesbury and got the tyres orders and fitted the following day…. So simple
So a week on still waiting to understand why I got such a rubbish service and still no refund!
