Spot on - just ahead of cold spell
Tyres and fitting were at the agreed time, so no waiting around. Visual brake inspection in both front and rear brakes revealed rear oads needed replacing - so potential dangerous brakes will be replaced.

Good selection of tyres from economy…
Good selection of tyres from economy grade, mid range to higher grades, though some of the European higher grade tyres need to be cheaper.
Fitment service very good, premises contacted me before my next day scheduled appointment to say it was very quiet and that I could come in a day early to get my new tyres fitted, which I did.

Very helpful
Very helpful, replaced both tyres quickly and effectively even though I was early for the booking. Identified a dent to my alloy and replaced some bolts incase the wheel needed to be removed again as I said I was struggling to get my own bolts off.

Tyres did not arrive although system confirmed my appointment and did not notify me of any delay
Had taken time off so wasted over an hour of my time
and had to re-book for 2 days later. Phoned HO to complain . Absolutely useless - told computer had not told them of a delay!!! There policy is no compensation for delays so my time and inconvenience is not worth anything!! They could have offered to check the tracking for free of something! No empathy No customer focus and No customer service
DO NOT RECOMMEND and would not use again
Maybe should check they have the tyres in for their booked in customers the night before - gosh that is starting to sound like customer service!!

They made sure everything was checked thoroughly, giving me peace of mind that my car was safe to drive. The two tyre fitters were ready when I arrived at the appointed time. They were friendly and chatty and started on my car straightaway
There was no waiting around for an hour like there is at some of the major tyre suppliers.

Friendly, helpful staff. My first experience was a puncture which they quickly fixed without any fuss. Decided to use them a month later when I needed two new tyres. Ordered online and arrived at the appointed time. Tyres quickly put on and I was on my way. Great service.
