I had used Just Tyres twice in the last 3 months ordering online and booking a fitting time. On each occasion at the Leamington branch I was pleased with the service. Today on another car I believed I had a slow puncture so took it directly to Kenilworth, as I had an appointment in the town, to see if it could be repaired. There was a puncture but I was advised it could not be repaired and so I purchased a replacement and a second so they were matched. After I looked on the website and discovered that the price was charged was nearly double the online fitted price for the same make and size. Clearly Just Tyres are happy to rip off those who go direct to a branch who are probably in many cases older people and do not use the internet. I complained to Just Tyre's on their online chat a staff member named Ashwin and I quote ' I do apologise that you was charged double , i would advise to get in contact with the centre directly as you have purchased it with them' I did and they referred me back to head office. I rang them and was put through to the same Ashwin who having spoken to his manager stated 16 in their terms and refused to budge. They clearly have a 2 price system which under trading law is discriminatory against customers going direct to their centres. As a result if you have no choice as in my case having to seek advise from the centre as I had a slow puncture or do not use or have access to the internet. The matter is now going to trading standards and maybe the small claims court. This company which claims to be family run and customer focused is anything but. Avoid at all costs as the very fact they do not reply to 1 star reviews to try and defend themselves says it all.

Unfortunately Goodyear tyre was found faulty at fitting. There was another in stock but fortunately before wheel was refitted to the I noticed that it was dated 2022. They got another dated 2026 in for me and fitted it without a quibble that afternoon. But 2 visits to get sorted not ideal on a hot day!

Great service, booked new tyres online, arrived at centre, they were helpful, friendly and efficient, tyres were changed quickly and I was soon on my way, can recommend

I was reassured they would still get me sorted and to continue my journey.
They were great, ushered me straight in and fitted 2 front tyres on my van whilst ensuring the other customers weren't delayed.

This is my second time using JT. I've been given a same day appointment, choice of tyres to suit my budget and have been dealt with professionally, politely and in good time. Lee is a credit to the operation who provides you with reassurance that they will give a good service. (This makes a stark difference to the temporary replacement earlier in the year, who was disinterested and went out of his way to be as unco-operative and unhelpful as possible, unable to book me an appointment for a whole week because they were apparently so busy. I will continue to trust JT Lewes.

Appointment itself was on time and actually was repaired so new tyre not required! Credit note authorised a day later, confirmed by text and received within the 5-7 window

The fitters scratched my alloys removing the tyres and old wheel weights and damaged my brake calipers by placing the new wheel weights in the wrong place, allowing them to strike the calipers with each wheel rotation. They accepted full liability after some persuasion with head office, but never followed up on any kind of repair. I was happy to not go back and have them touch my car again!

I also couldn't get the tyres fitted at the original appointment due to a rounded wheel bolt, which i suspect was also caused by them but I couldn't prove.

Quick, efficient and a lovely team! Was able to book in quickly for 2 new tyres.at a garage 5 mins away from my house. I arrived and was back on my way in less than 20 mins. Definitely be using Just Tyres again.

Went to Just Tyres with my friend who had had a flat. Have been there before and always had great service. Roger the manager was rushed off his feet but as in the past was incredibly polite and helpful. Everything sorted quickly. Service was great and to encounter such helpfulness and pleasantness from someone so under pressure was like a breath of fresh air and made my day. A big shout out to the team there. I will go back there every time (hopefully not too often!).
